I lost my husband in March 5 th 2024, he went home to be with the Lord ,I didn't know about this movie The Chosen, my sister told me about it ,our son and I went to there place to see it ,I don't have the words to tell you how comforting it has been to us at this awful time in our lives, it makes me want to draw closer to Jesus ,Thank you all so very much, this has been so very hard for me ,what an encouragement you all have been , Thank you

I have such an affinity for The Chosen. It has broadened my understanding of Jesus as fully man, fully God. I am sad to hear from some their fears that it is somehow Blasphemous. If anything, it has deepened my understanding of the love our Creator has for us, if only we will submit to Him.

The Chosen shows something that many cannot see, the full humanity of Jesus and His followers. This humanity is what connects us to our Lord. It allows us to see us in them. The importance of this cannot be overstated. Praise Jesus that someone has allowed us to see Jesus even better. All to further His kingdom.

I am on my 4th viewing of the Chosen, and still find subtle things previously missed. I absolutely Love this telling of the story of our lord. I am a believer and find my strenght and faith growing each time I view it. I wish there was some way I could make it required viewing for all people, race religion, and creed. This world is in a serious place, the answers are all written, and the word mist be spread to all the corners of the earth. Tremendous show. Love, love, love this show!!! Draws me back to God's word to reread the gospels and other scripture. I love how they have brought to life the humanity of the disciples and Christ in such a way that we can see how they must have indeed struggled to understand just who their Messiah was and his purpose on this earth. Along with the hypocrisy of the "religious" leaders.
I just finished watching season 4 and eagerly await season 5. In the interim, I will start over from the beginning as I know I'm sure I missed or misunderstood some of the scenes. It is a heartwarming series full of suspense, anxiety, sorrow and entertainment. Thank you to all the cast for their great performances, staff, crew and all the people involved in the production of this film and especially our lord and savior. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. In our cruel world, this has brought me closer to Jesus.

But something about this show( I don’t like calling it a “show”) but for lack of a better term. The Lord has used it in my life to “stir up the desire “ to dig in deeper in my Bible Study time and thus having a deeper walk with Him is the outcome. Thank you Dallas and cast and crew. You all are in my prayers. This is obviously, quite an undertaking and I know the enemy (Satan) is damn mad about it!
This show is too good. My relationship with God is even more solid now. This show has given context to the accounts of Jesus and his disciples so well that I see myself the way God sees more than I ever have.
I love The Chosen!!! It has helped me understand things so much more clearly than before. It’s so very well written and explained! It has helped me in walk with God in more ways than I can count. Visualization is the best way of learning for me. I think it should be continued past season 7 and even actually take it back to the beginning of the Bible, that would be awesome! Where can people donate to help keep it going? I’ve cried through almost the entire series so far, both good and sad tears and designate with so many of the scenes, especially Mary Magdalene. The direction our world is heading especially with the president election coming upon us. We need the Presence of God to be with us to help keep our Faith to get through these tough times. So yes would love to see season five to bring us peace kindness and Love always feeling the presence of God❤
It is always such a blessing to watch the Bible story come alive with lots of "meat" on the bones; very well done except the healing of the blind man not in Jerusalem but in Capernaum; not good; but other that very good.
As much as I don't want to see him beat and bloodied...I do however believe that they should stay even more authentic than passion of the christ did When it comes to the crucifixion. Even that movie didn't come close to how badly beaten he was...and that was brutal.. They need to show the real raw reality of what he went through completely to where he was unrecognizable to really put it into perspective of what he really went through for us all. People need to see it.
I am so excited for season 5 and beyond. I hope they don't just stop at the crucifixion and reserection tho. They can go into things that happened after too. Would love to see Saul to Paul and the letters to the different churches too. Although, might be a good idea to not do Revelation. There is a lot of potential to get it wrong no matter how good they do it. Plus, I feel we are living in those days. That would be very difficult to get right at this point.

I wish he had done the stoning of the woman but alas he leaves some things out and make some things up and then says he doesn't have time for everything. ; ) My only complaint. I just think Jon would have aced that scene.
I suggest they keep the series going by going into the OT and tying all the times when Jesus was prophesied in the OT and then connecting them to the NT.
