Second day today ..as a beginner to this exercise I asked about health issues. My info was" If you decide to let go of old beliefs you don't like you've not attached to your past anymore." So I said, I don't understand if I am not attached to my past then what...? You are FREE
I did this coupled with holotope meditations and within a week I got over my childhood fear of touching/ petting animals. I have been scared of even my family dogs. It's surprising to see one day you wake up and you're petting one.

I just did this a few hours ago and I had some wonderful insights on my beliefs about abundance. It really helped me see how I was limiting myself in the ways I would let things come to me. This worked so fast and I feel so much better thanks for sharing this❤ Update : I’ve done it for a week and everyday I have discovered my deepest definitions of reality that completely help me let go of different attachments. I was doing the mirror exercise and the 15 symbols exercise. Both just once. After a mirror exercise I got a headache and my nervous system was soooo agitated to the point I didn't know what to do. Then I did the gazing of 15 symbols. A few days later I got allergies (I have allergies for years and they always throw me off). I got the answer to what is causing them and I got the medicine. It was a CBD drops and it helped me in 2 days. I slept like a baby, had vivid dreams and my nervous system calmed down to the point, I haven't been so calm for years.
first go round and I'm noticing how detaching myself from people and past friends, & troublesome situations has actually been beneficial to me. On the one hand, I guess I fear abandonment, like most people. so clearly that fear needs to be addressed.
He has videos on fear. Just face that fear head on. I FEAR ABANDONMENT! When I did that, it made me laugh. It bought me back to the present moment. In the moment, I don't fear anything. You are going to past and future with fears. The only time is NOW! (:

Day 1: Within 3 hours of doing this meditation neck pain that was troubling me for 2 days - completely gone. I noticed core belief about a man - "If he is rich, he will be with more girls and not only me" - this belief is limited as this can apply to poor guy as well and I don't like to keep it. So I am free of this ✔️
4X: Say out loud: I desire to define my dedication to detachment. Follow the spiral into the center 4X. Put down. Look at next one, look at diagram of 9 circles and out loud 1X, This will have the effect of coloring, spicing magnifying, amplifying, whatever it is you did in the previous exercise in a way that tailored specifically for you and your imagination, you and your method of absorbing information. Put away and journal for next 24 hours.
There are 4 D words in "I Desire to Define my Dedication to Detachment". You say it 4 times and go up and down the spiral 4 times. The picture is 2D and you imagine it as 3D, to move into 4D. D is the 4th letter of the alphabet. 🤷♂I found it interesting.

Detached people become cold cynics, bitter and grumpy because the world is changing and they refuse to do something about it.
Day 1: not even joking. I live on a farm where we raise small scale high quality pasture raised meat, and one of our customers called to say she was feeling thankful and heard the local pumpkin patch was selling truckloads of pumpkins for $35 , and if I wanted to fill up my truck, she'd pay for it.. 😍😍 seriously. Of course we did. She even sent two young men to help me out. What a crazy thing to have happened.

It seems so wildly impossible to imagine that the people still willfully in a comatose state after a year of this insanity... will ever wake up. I don't know what to think any more... Sometimes I'm certain it's all a mass awakening happening at turtle-speed, and all is perfect; divine timing. Other times... watching zombies in masks, salivating with excitement over the mark of the beast... that's when I lose my ability to hold on to hope... (I also heard David icke speak in an interview about the coming of 6g and 7g! How will humanity survive that?)

When I followed the line twice, I started to see the graphic rapidly changing and moving into different shapes and form. It's like an animation. Sometimes, the whole graphic disappeared altogether and only left with a few lines or circles. Very strange forms I have never seen. I do not know what that means. No particular message came to my mind but this is unusual. What does the constant shifting means?
You have to concentrate to keep it 3D in your mind, when I do it, it keeps becoming 2d.. see which distance and brightness of screen is perfect for you. I do it at night to reduce distractions in my field of sight. Have fun it really works !

To get rid of old beliefs and change false beliefs, beliefs that are not yours and therefore won't let you create the reality that you wish to experience.

You might try to change the definition of those troubling events. What did you learn? Accept it and please move on with life. Try to be happy regardless of outside circumstances. Then you are supposed to shine.
move far away and close until you see the box. Once you can see the box/cube, you are focused on the lines of the box and can trace the path from top to center. Once you get it, you see it EVERY time you look at the diagram.

When I followed the line twice, I started to see the graphic rapidly changing and moving into different shapes and form. It's like an animation. Sometimes, the whole graphic disappeared altogether and only left with a few lines or circles. Very strange forms I have never seen. I do not know what that means. No particular message came to my mind but this is unusual. What does the constant shifting means?
You have to concentrate to keep it 3D in your mind, when I do it, it keeps becoming 2d.. see which distance and brightness of screen is perfect for you. I do it at night to reduce distractions in my field of sight. Have fun it really works !
