    My Bajan friend cooks the okra separately without cutting it an scrapers out the seeds. No ockra skin in her coucou

    Fabulous video , im looking to make cou cou on the weekend . How long would you say it took the cou cou to finish after you started using the stick?

      Hi sorry I’m bad at seeing comments - it has to steam so about 10-15 mins you can taste it to tell if it’s done. Make it a little wetter than you want it because it will set
