Interesting! A year ago I noticed these bumps in my neck, it’s my thyroid. Blood analysis show nothing weird, but it has increased in size slightly according to my last echography. Pretty sure stress is doing this to me :)
Thank you so much. Your explanations are clarifying many questions that no conventional doctor could answer. My T4 and T3 are at good levels. Just because my TSH is high(7). My doctor wants me to go back to medication even if my T4 and T3 are in good average and I have no more symptoms of hypothyroidism.
Not sure if u know you have it or not but best thing to do is get tested and get treatment for it. Make sure the doctor checks the full thyroid panel if u have cortisol (and inflammation) issues or think you might. Knowing what is wrong ( the cause) is half the battle.
I've had hypothyroidism since the age of 8yrs old and now I'm in my late 50s. I also have Adrenal Insufficiency but my recent TSH blood work was high so now my thyroid meds have been increased. In your video about high cortisol are you speaking about Cushing's? The opposite of what I have.
Many people have high cortisol without having Cushing’s so not speaking of this in particular just high cortisol levels but it would apply to cushings as well.

Great well I’m glad that helped you. Our bodies are complex so when we have abnormal results. It’s good to keep a close eye on what’s happening.
Really interesting information. I do believe this also has a huge connection to multiple sclerosis and in general, autoimmune conditions.
You are right about that. the same or similar mechanisms are at play with inflammation on thyroid hormone t4 conversion to t3
Great info 👍🏼 , what would be a cure for Hypothyroidism ( I think ) put on weight easily but can’t or have a hard time loosing it 😢…🤷🏼♂️
