    So, happy to hear from you, about business lesson with good manners it can be impressive and attract also, the other thing is that good impression from the opposite side who actually connected in conversation with me, it is acceptable for everyone like and love, I have So many books in different writing style one of them is specially for phrases and round about 50,000 title, and headed it is a good dictionary of phrases. Of course you're update for me also helping both of us learning for me and subscribsion for you it is relevant for both of us.

    In the Sentence Starter section around 6:45, don't we need to use coma? I am working with a person who usually has a 4-line paragraph without any break...

      Hey Michelle, great question. Sometimes we need a comma with basically and sometimes we don't.
      If we say "so basically," it's followed by a comma and if we use "basically" on it's own, we don't need a comma. 😉
