Keystone Hatchery

Keystone Hatchery is situated in the KwaZulu-Natal Midlands of South Africa. The hatchery is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery ensuring a hatching rate of around 85%. This 6-minute Agri-doc takes the viewer through the whole hatching process, from the time the eggs arrive to when the chicks are sent off to the various customers.

its a great operation you have there.
have noticed duling your grading process you put the bottom crates direct on the floor,
i vote against that because not only are you risking those chick in the bottom crate to bacterias they are also subjected to a different temperature as the flow temp will be different from the surface temp.
use the thermal camera to check the temp difference.
