A very nice and mellow samba with an electric piano solo in between. This is the instrumental version, not the version with lyrics. This version of the song can only be found naturally playing in the Thieves' Den in Persona 5 Royal. Original song by Shoji Meguro. This is entirely done by ear with no reference other than a recording of the song: • Video

Wow I kinda disappeared off the face of the earth whoops lol
You kind of did. But I'm glad that you're back.
Passione Nera I very much agree

This is a great video, can’t wait for the P5R reactions!
These transcriptions are honestly amazing and it’s weird seeing it coming from a channel i discovered for reaction videos but honestly it only adds to how much i think not enough people have discovered this channel. Keep up the great stuff!
“You’re as beautiful as the day I lost ya”
Incredible
Absolutely Phenominal
Aye, that was tight, great job man. I know how long those things can take. At this point % can be your best friend sometimes lol. Reading alto clef too is a pain in the ass.
Wow nice
I actually liked the music transition in the Kamoshida boss fight video. Can you do that for all of them please?
Nice video
Some harmonisations felt weird (mainly the step from C# to A in the melody after just hearing a more tame C# to B flat), but it is a very good recreation!
Can you point out specific measures? I don’t know how chord tones in the tonic chord are less tame than a Bb, the flat 6, in this one
@@CrokedBlueCreeper101 In the main melody (that is taken by the synthesiser), when the rhythm of the drums changes, in the A part.
Garr_Inc please point out measures I still don’t understand what you’re talking about. If you think my harmonization is weird then try comparing it with the real version and verify
@BrandoDoesStuff Thank you for making me re-listen to the original track.
First, I meant measure 20 compared to measure 18 in the main melody. Second, it is exactly how it is in the original track; the thing that bugged me was the overtness of A here. In the original it is hidden by surrounding sounds and adds a slight tinge of unexpected that works smoothly. Here it is more noticeable and standalone, which makes it contrast harder.
@BrandoDoesStuff And in measure 36 in the original it does indeed repeats the same motion as in measure 34, where you in the same place repeated the style of measures 18 and 20.
It isn't samba.
