Thank you to everyone for all of your feedback when I mentioned planning this series. I hope you enjoy this insight into a huge range of groundbaits where hopefully you'll learn about new mixes without having to part with your hard earned cash! If you'd like to see even more videos, participate in Q&A sessions and enjoy more coaching / tuition style videos then please check out my membership channel at www.patreon.com/CatchFishingChannel and consider becoming an official Catch Fishing Channel patron! *** So this mix can be used as mixed in this video where it can be ideal for catching fish of all sizes but if you mix it the night before your session, it'll make the mix more inert so that it's a 'deader' mix making it ideal for larger, bottom feeding fish *** Thanks again for watching and tight lines, Jamie :)
3kg (dry) for £13. Jeez, 20kg Baileys No1 horse feed @ £16.95 + 20kg wheat bran @ £11.75 plus a squirt of scopex for sweetness and a squirt of fish oil gets you 40kg dry for less than £30 including a tin of crushed hemp tossed in. £30 for 40+ kg versus £175 for 40kg of this stuff. I know where my hard earned cash is going.
Great as usual. Inert gb interesting, nice to see it working, would have been interesting to have had another mix available to fish at same distance to compare one against the other. Looking forward to future tests.
I use Dynamite swim stim silver fish I am a novice to fishing so use it for balling (golf ball size) but I find if you over wet it the groundbait is sticky to its all over your hands so just enough water to mould it and keep from separating in mid air. But I have had lots of skimmers and roach... even a crucial carp.
Thanks Mark and yes I have a couple of videos like that planned. They've been on the drawing board for months but I just haven't had chance to get on the bank to film them but there on the way mate :)
The price for spottedfinn is ridiculous to be honest packed in buying it because of the price point it's good groundbait though great series jamie ALIEN
You should set up an affiliate link for matrix and the baits you are testing . Pretty sure there are more people like me out there that would use your affiliate link to purchase different items and kicking a few quid your way in the process...
That's a really nice suggestion thank you Andrei and it's one which I had considered. I don't think this mix is available through Amazon but I may add a link in future videos for mixes which are available. Thanks again Andrei it's really appreciated :)
Great video but it's going to take a long time to try all the ground baits on the market! or, are you going to be selective and, how do you determine that? 👍
when casting in at say 15 to 20 ft high with the dry mix will any ground bait be left in the cage feeder when it hits the water.would it be better to feed with say a preston open ended feeder.

It really depends on the mix mate. A stickier mix will be better in deep water or as you say, you can simply switch to a solid plastic feeder mate.
Thanks 👍🏻
Thanks Mark!
that grown bait is farr to expensive for me and ide say a lot more people aswell jamie.
Best around
Winter mix - sweet and dark
Have you used that one mate?
CATCH Fishing Channel not used that but about to buy the ringers to try
@@neilolly Let me know how you get on mate :)
