I don't want Marner anywhere near the Habs. He's a bad apple and it would be another Mike Cammalleri or Scott Gomez situation. Meanwhile, Caulfield is in the perfect spot under Martin St-Louis and he's only going to get better. I don't necessarily think Caulfield wild reach St-Louis status, but I also don't care. Caulfield plays with his heart, and it's players like that that make me love watching the Montréal Canadiens. Marner has no heart for the game.

Toronto is not my favorite team and Mitch Marner is not even my favorite Maple Leaf, but I must say that he at least has a great playoff career point wise. He has 50 points in 57 games. Looking at all NHL players in history, who have played at least 40 playoff games, only 84 players have more points per playoff game. Looking at assists per game, only 22 players in history have more than Mitch Marner. He has only scored 11 goals, but 3 of them have been game winning goals. Pretty cool, in my opinion.
