How do you think the season has shaped up so far?

I am sorry williams are at the bottom of the constructors but i have been really happy with how Albon has settled into thd team and becoming the team leader. Credit for thst goes to Albon for maximiding everything out of car but i woulx also give credit to Williams for making him feel so welcome in the team. It is clear to see in the less pressured, more relaxed and family feel team environment at williams, Alex is really happy. It is so lovely to see him in a team where he feels comfortable after being chewed up and spat out by red bull abd having a year on tbe sidelines. Overall what williams lack in competitiveness, they know how to treat their drivers well.

That's a great point. Albon is doing great, Russell did great before him too. Williams definitely know how to grow a good driver. It is a real shame that they are so far back we don't get to see much of the though
