Howdy Eric! I've been revamping my metal working shop lately and helping one of my jousting students upgrade some of his armour...and have been using some of your old videos as reference one again. ;-) A question I've always been meaning to ask you.....what size bandsaw do you have and what type of blade do you use on it?
Glad to see you back again and looking forward to more inspiration from you!

Hi Steve, I use a 16 inches band saw with a 1/4 -14 toots an inch blade .25 thick and I don't change the speed i use factory speed. I cut up to 12g.

@@ArmureDube Thanks. Is it a regular multi-purpose blade or specifically a metal cutting blade? I hear that a regular blade can cut mild steel but I've never tried it.
