Yes brother, definitely Veteran is a good rank. But Veteran is comparatively hard than other lower ranks. It get even harder when you will reach Veteran 1. But, if you are solo que player, then in Veteran rank, you can learn a lot about game styles, pro strategies as you will face good players in this rank. I have tried my best to explain :)
