Hi Paige I have awful terrible generalized anxiety disorder. Im trying not to go the medication route, trying natural Way. My biggest isue is severe chronic insomnia. Ive tried all the natural ways, sleep hygiene, melatonin, sleepy teas. Nothing has really worked for 5 years. Any tips for chronic insomnia or a video.? It has really caused lots of depression. Thank you God Bless
I absolutely love this lady she makes absolute sense and when I can afford to do her program believe me I will after seeing therapists for years even being a psychologist myself i still struggle I can help others I can’t Help myself but I’m going to buy her program because she is the only one I have found online that actually makes sense

I would sit down and write down everything that's on my mind. The body is not stupid, maybe it's trying to tell you something, to guide you that you need to do something different in real life.
I have that. I try to cut back on Xanax and when I do that I get anxiety. Hate taking the Xanax. been on it too long. Always meditate before bed but nothing works. I get up and have to keep busy. Make breakfast, wash dishes take out the trash take out the recycling etc.
I have severe debilitating health anxiety. So the second I wake up I start scanning my body for any weird sensation and that's what starts my anxiety. Since 1996. Literally NOTHING has helped. I honestly don't think I can be helped at this point. I'm 50. And I'm existing not living.
I puke sometimes, legs ache, nausea, lack of appetite, sad, worrying, diarrhea. Your CNS is sensitized. If you fight, focus, get frustrated, try and figure it out, or fuel it - the five F's it will only get worse. Caffeine or alcohol can add fuel to the fire while your in the cycle. Read Dr. Claire Weekes Book - Hope & Health for your nerves. Usually a stressful event or trauma causes it. It's just your fight and flight system out of whack.
Im also puking now,lacking appetite sad and worrying!Im guessing its build up of couple of things!My problem is im worried i will end up in hospital over fighting it!Its horrible any other advice would appreciate it!

Surprised you are still able to get prescribed Xanax.
