Ive always asked these questions and this is the only teaching that has ever made sense to me, thank you, this is amazing!
I gave my life to the Lord of Jesus Christ as my savior on February 16, 1996 in repentance of my sins, and trespasses. I read my bible on a daily basis, along with praying, and repenting on a daily basis of known sins.

Why are they judged by their works at the Great white throne judgement and if it is a judgement for punishment, why is the book of life opened? Why are some people blinded to the truth? That would mean they are condemned to hell. What does it mean root nor branch would be left?

That which Father Yahuwah Desires of all His children on Earth, is that we advance in the ways of the Master's footsteps while He walked among us, and it is only in a constant study of the Scriptures we can have the ability to become sanctified! All besides the Son, have walked in sin, and therefore, none can equal the sinlessness of the Messiah; however, it is desirable that we are daily advancing in the truths of the Sacred Scriptures, and in our doing this, we then are truly becoming more like the Master and closer to His consummate character. It is my prayer that we all have chosen to make this decision, and daily walk in the glory of His manner among mankind, through His indwelling mind (See 1Corinthians 2: 14 - 16, KJV). Awmayne!

Jesus certainly DID teach a "limitless torment in the Lake of Fire" (Matt 25:41,46)....
"Then shall He say also to them on the left hand, Depart from Me, you cursed, into EVERLASTING FIRE prepared for the devil and his angels. ....And these shall go away into EVERLASTING PUNISHMENT but the righteous into life eternal."

the Lake of Fire is a place of "never ending dying/destruction"
the "Second Death" is an ETERNAL death because they rejected the sacrifice that ETERNAL God/Creator made for their ETERNAL Salvation.
Punishemnt that is evelasting is the cutting form the life itsef. Blooting out the person from existence. Everything is in God and he is in everything, there is no place without God. Do not polute holynes of the Father with making him tormentor, it is enough with this pagan doctrine to polute Fathers name and his perfect and holy eternity. Judgment will make two possibilities of mercy, for one that would not repent its a mercy of everlasting destruction, without the person even knowig if he recieved the punishment or not, and on the other hand for the ones who repent sincerely and in truth form the hearth will get anohter type of mercy - this ones shall go from the judgement into life everlasting.

There’s words like destroy, consume, perish, shall be no more etcétera.

And Gehena which is the original word used in that passage, is something to describe the place of destroying corpses base on real place outside of Jerusalem in those days ( do research please on words Sheol and Gehena and it will clear alot things for you)

I was heavy smoker for 30 years
And I quit no longer ago. When you quit smoking the withdrawal symptoms last for only 4 weeks. All you have to do is to endure the withdrawal symptoms and after 4 weeks the cravings will go away. Of course I will pray for you. Good luck

In Daniel 12:2, if there is no permanent unending Hell and punishment, then there is no unending Heaven, because the same word is used to describe both, "owlam".

When this formulation is noted in Scripture, it simply means, all will suffer separately according to the severity of their sinfulness. 2/ However, because Elohim is Just, and as Eternal Righteousness in Heaven is given for the Righteousness of Messiah, which He gives unto every sinner who receives Him as Saviour and Master, never leaving that relationship while on earth having begun it, ONLY the RIGHTEOUSNESS OF CHRIST gives ETERNAL LIFE. Any sinfulness without Christ's blood washing and cleansing the sinner, and giving eternal life, would NEVER be equaled by giving ETERNAL PUNISHING for but 50 years of sinning. True there are greater sins, and thus greater punishment within Hell, ALL sinners are completely annihilated, at the time Elohim chooses for the time to cease eternally. Time and suffering, must not be equal, as if I - let me make a point - allow the horrible sins of all to help them understand this is why you are not now in Eternal Glory, regardless of the length of time in Hell, for as the knowledge of the truth of there being a Loving Creator is in the mind of all sinners in hell, there are so very many different types of suffering occurring. You must remember, Yahushua died for the sins of ALL the world! Therefore, it is up to Him, how the suffering of sinners shall occur. Our sinful human reasoning NOW, cannot rightly determine it; however, we shall never be shown "GOD is not eternal love!" Any who chooses to judge God while in sinful nature, is being very foolish indeed! Come away from there, and ask for forgiveness, and then, you can be restored to a peace that passes earthly understanding with Him!

People need to make sure they know what repentance means > to abandon all sin. It is not synonymous with confessing sin and asking forgiveness, which people often think to do, but without repenting of sin, without stopping what they're doing. Asking forgiveness without repenting, is pointless. The whole point is to obey God, living rightly before Him. He will forgive us for our former willful sin before we fully understand His intolerance of sin, but once we've responded to His call, our hearts are to be changed, tender to Him, not willfully sinning. If we accidently sin, we are to stop doing it, admit to Him that it's wrong and sin, and ask Him to forgive us (1 John 1:9). The modern false "church" has no understanding of repentance, of leaving sin and rebellion behind. They preach a false gospel, where they nearly suggest that there's no need to abandon sin, but that's not what the scripture says. We must leave sin behind. We can't have both Christ and sin. It's either/or. We must choose.

Is it worth noting that it's the beast and the false prophet along with Satan that are cast into the lake of fire? They are fallen angels who had eternal life. Once we sinned in the garden GOD cast us out lest we eat of the tree of eternal life! Was it because he didn't want us to be eternal and sinners. GOD says from dust we came and to dust shalt we return. Is that because can he loved us and didn't want us to be punished eternally? The wages of sin is death. Maybe the bottomless pit is for the eternal fallen and we can only be granted eternal life through Christ The Lord? Does seem to make sense. I'll do more studying but does make sense to me.

Do such creatures as the beast, the false prophet and the dragon exist in real life? Seven heads, ten horns, ten crowns. They are symbolic and this verse cannot be used to support the concept of eternal burning hell for sinners.
Check out that verse 19:4 again. It says that the false prophet was cast into the lake of fire, and says that the false prophet uses miracles to deceive those that received the mark and worshipped the beast. It sounds like it's not saying those that worshipped the beast are in the lake of fire. And in the chapter 20 verse it says the beast and false prophet are in the lake of fire but doesn't include those that worshipped the beast.
Wow I just noticed verse 19:4 says "these both" so it only includes the Beast and the false prophet.... both means TWO

77 For you have a treasure of works stored up with the Most High, but it will not be shown to you until the last times.
78 Now concerning death, the teaching is: When the decisive decree has gone out from the Most High that a person shall die, as the spirit leaves the body to return again to him who gave it, first of all it adores the glory of the Most High.
79 If it is one of those who have shown scorn and have not kept the way of the Most High, who have despised, his law and hated those who fear God-
80 such spirits shall not enter into habitations, shall immediately wander about in torments, always grieving and sad, in seven ways.
81 The first way, because they have scored the law of the Most High.
82 The second way, because they cannot not make a good repentance so that they may live.
83 The third way, they shall see the reward laird up for those who have trusted the covenants of the Most High.
84 The fourth way, the shall consider the torment laid up for themselves in the last days.
85 The fifth way, they shall see how the habitations of the others are guarded by angels in profound quiet.
86 The sixth way, they shall see how some of them will cross over into torments.
87 The seventh way, which is worse than all the ways that have been mentioned, because they shall utterly waste away In confusion and be consumed with shame, and shall wither with fear at seeing the glory of the Most High in whose presence they sinned while they were alive, and in whose presence they are to judged in the last times.
88 ‘Now this is the order of those who have kept the ways of the Most High, when they shall be separated from their mortal body.

Our God is a loving God and he will not send us to hell. This is something humans do all by themselves. God has made a way for eternal life for us all but some humans still choose eternal death.

IS THERE A LITERAL PLACE OF PUNISHMENT CALLED "HELL?"
IS THE PUNISHMENT OF THIS HELL EVERLASTING-ETERNAL?
Many Christians have a very strong opinion of things that they know virtually nothing about. Hundreds of times I have been told that "hell" is a literal place of literal fire which is everlasting or eternal. They have no proof of any such thing. Time and again I am told: "The Bible is LITERAL, Ray. You have to take it literally." Oh really, and do they even believe their own words?
Let's see if you believe the Bible teaches a literal hell of literal fire that lasts literally for eternity.
If there are Scriptures that clearly show that "hell fire" is not literal nor eternal, then how can there also be contradicting Scriptures which would suggest that "hell fire" is literal and is eternal? Hell fire cannot be both literal and eternal at one place in the Scriptures, but then it is also figurative and temporary at another place in the Scriptures. It is either one or the other, it cannot be both.
Let's look at a few examples from no less an authority on this subject than Jesus Christ Himself (Note: All quotations of Jesus in this paper will appear in red type).
"You have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shall not commit adultery: But I say unto you, That whosoever looks on a woman to lust after her has committed adultery with her already in his heart.
And if your right eye offend you, pluck it out, and cast it from you: for it is profitable for you that one of your members should perish, and not that your whole body should be cast into hell.
And if your right hand offend thee, cut it off, and cast it from you: for it is profitable for you that one of your members should perish, and not that your whole body should be cast into hell" (Matt. 5:27-30).
Mark's account adds these words:
"...into hell fire...where their worm dies not, and the fire is not quenched. For EVERY ONE shall be salted with fire..." (Mark 9:48-49).
And this includes you and me, (Matt. 3:11 & I Pet. 4:12).
From just this one teaching of Jesus we can know absolutely whether "hell fire" is literal and whether it is everlasting or eternal.
Let's pay close attention to just one statement from Jesus that should help everyone to see that this is figurative language that teaches us a great spiritual truth. Jesus did not say what most Christians think He said.
Jesus did not say: "And if your eye offends you, repent of your lust or God will cast you into an hell of immortal worms and everlasting fire which will never stop burning."
But that is what most Christians think Jesus meant even if He didn't actually say it. Nonsense.
"And if your eye offend you..."
This word "offend" means: "to entice you to sin" (Strong's Greek Dictionary).
Now then, is it even "literally" possible for a physical organ of the body to be the cause of a moral or spiritual sin? No, it is not possible. Lusting after a woman does not have its origin in the eyes but rather in the heart.
"...whosoever looks [with the eyes] on a woman to lust [in his heart, not in his eyes] after her has committed adultery with her already in his heart."
The lust of the eyes is itself a "figure of speech." We "look" with our eyes, but we "lust" with our heart. And the "heart" in Scripture virtually never means the organ of the body which pumps blood. The "heart" in Scripture is the inner most man, the seat of emotions and passions, conscience, and moral character. No physical organ of the body has even one of these spiritual attributes. More proof:
"For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders" (Mark 7:21).
Did you notice that "looking on a woman to lust after her" IS adultery, and it comes not from the eyes, but from the heart. So then, is this teaching in Matt. 5:27-30, literal, or figurative? It is figurative. More proof...
Here's what Jesus said to do if one finds himself looking at a woman to lust after her:
"...if your right eye offend you [entices you to sin] pluck it out ... if your right hand offend you cut it off..."
What? "Pluck it out ... cut it off?"
And lying two-faced hypocritical theologians tell us that the Bible must be taken "literally?" That both hell and hell fire are "literal?" That we are to pluck out our eyes and cut off our hands and feet, literally? Are they crazy?
If this teaching on hell by Jesus Christ is to be taken literally, how come you don't see millions and millions of Christians around the world having NO EYES, AND NO FEET, AND NO HANDS? Is there even one Christian in a billion that takes these Scriptures literally when it comes to putting their money where their mouth is? No, their failure to "literally" follow Jesus' command belies their assertion that virtually all of the Bible and the teachings of Jesus are "literal."
But what about the "worms that don't die," and the "fire never quenched?" Simple: Jesus never used the words "hell fire."
Two things we should never find in a Bible: [1] The old Anglo Saxon word "hell," and [2] any word denoting "endless time," as in "for ever AND ever," "everlasting," or "eternal." There is no such equivalent in any Hebrew or Greek manuscripts of the Holy Scriptures.
Furthermore, if "for ever" means an eternity, what pray tell does "for ever AND EVER" mean? Multiple eternities? How many eternities are there?
The first place that "hell fire" appears in the Greek New Testament is in Matt. 5:22. Virtually all Bibles with a center reference will refer you to the marginal note on "hell" where it says, "Greek: Gehenna." And Gehenna is Greek for the Hebrew word "Hinnom" or "Valley of Hinnom," which is found outside the city walls of Jerusalem on the south side.
You can, if you wish, take a stroll through hell in Jerusalem - it is now part of a city park. In the time of Christ's ministry this valley was the Jerusalem city garbage dump, and for centuries, as long as garbage was thrown into it, the fires kept burning and the worms which ate the garbage didn't die out - they kept reproducing, year after year after year.
The only way ... the ONLY WAY, that any Christian can claim that hell, hell fire, immortal worms, never-ending fire, eternal torture, etc., can be literal is if we take everything literally that Jesus said regarding hell (Gehenna fire). You cannot separate what Jesus says MUST be done to avoid having, "...your whole body cast into hell [Gehenna], from what Christians say hell is. In other words, you cannot avoid a LITERAL HELL by performing a FIGURATIVE action.
Jesus did not say: "If your right literal eye literally offends you, FIGURATIVELY pluck your literal eye out..." But that's the kind of insane theological poppycock that is peddled from the pulpits.
How is it possible to "figuratively" pluck out one's eyes, and cut off one's hands and feet to avoid a "literal" eternal hell fire, and then insist that the words of Jesus and most of the Bible must be taken literally?
Why do you stand for such utter and unscriptural nonsense? Why would you want to continue defending such illogical ignorant enemies of God's Word? You would never stand for such a travesty, such a miscarriage, such a violation of sound scholarship in any other area of your life, save when it comes to religion.

God's fire is one of purification but there is another fire outside of God, hellfire and it's completely different than that of God's ... and kinda left that part out about Hell being cast into the Lake of Fire that burns forever and ever.

when I read what Jesus had to endure to pay for the world's sins and when I watch movies depicting what God allowed his Son to endure for the world's sins, it's hard to imagine that God would make humans suffer a million times worse to pay for their own personal sins in some fiery hell hole forever. He won't, " at death your sins are atoned for" Romans. You pay for your own sins by simply dieing.

Death means separation from God, and since God is love, light, goodness and joy, separation from God (death) is the opposite of that, which equels eternal darkness, fear, evil and suffering.

The old manuscripts refer to three places, hades, seol and Gehenna fire. These are three different things. However, when the Bible was translated to English, they took the word hell to mean one place of torment. This is the cause of the confusions we have today about the subject. I believe that Adam & Eve were created to be immortal, and that a better rendering of saying, "the day you eat thereof, you shall surely die" is "the day you eat thereof, you will become mortal". However, now that we are mortal, we really die, not to be raised again until the day of our resurrection when we will put on immortality.

Anything less, and the Father will see, we are not studying the Scriptures as we should, for we do not understand them as we should. This all depends on the length of the believers walk with the Saviour and his study of Scripture. I have walked with Christ this August for 47 years, Ian; therefore, after such a long time, I should be walking in the character of Messiah, hating sin and loving righteousness and people! It is for us all, a growth in truth and righteousness, and if lived as Scripture teaches us, we will see our Elohim! Do not DO your best, for then your eyes are on YOU! Accept the promise of the "mind of Christ" having asked daily for His mind (Colossians 1: 27 above, KJV), and believing you have received it, allow the Saviour to live His life in your Body Temple (See 1Corinthians 3: 16, 17 & 2: 11 - 16, KJV). Be blessed in Christ's righteousness, and seek not your own, for as you study and pray, sin will disappear completely; it takes time, and Father and Son know this; however, never stop believing, and remain in the faith loving all about you, and studying the Word daily, as this teaches spiritual truths, which complete us.
Nadab & Abihu both were burned by God because they got drunk and did a very sacred duty of lighting the candles which they messed up because of their drunkeness. My mother just told me this story because we were studying how God allows us to have wine, but warns of drunkness. Sometimes it is better to never even have then perfect moderation. Saying your limits are hard to stay within so some rather not even do it. I also realised Christ during supper because the Jews would have a glass of wine with every meal, but they would also mix wine with their water to cleans it with the alcohol. So they were constantly having some alcohol when they drank water or had wine with meals to help digest. The fact Jesus also would mix water with his wine to delute it to advoid drunkeness shows the human in him. Most Jews would also delute their wine with water, because their water would also have wine to advoid deunkeness and something dumb happening like what happen to Nadab & Abihu.

Just before I watch this. I thought I would tell you that I watch a lot of documentaries on Amazon Prime. I can't remember what one of them was called but a lady was telling the audience that she had been shown Hell by an angel. She wanted to commit suicide because of what was happening in her life. She said to the angel why was the angel showing her and he/she said that he/she wanted to help her. As it says in the Bible - one of the 10 Commandments is do not commit suicide. If I can remember rightly Hell is a cave - I think.

Hell is also a place just not a place of eternal punishment like everyone thinks...it's just a sort of holding cell of pain until the time of final judgement...and then yes there is the second death which happens by being cast into the lake of fire created for the fallen angels who will burn forever...the human souls will die quickly but will be cast in nonetheless

You see death with human eyes as absence of breath. Who is the human who really knows? Scripture states wicked persons will not escape punishment and that the wrath of God is against sinners. Romans 1:18 Ezekiel 7 shows the detestable ways will come back in the midst of them just as they have done to others it will come back upon them in judgment.

.sad part is this , everytime i find a solid source in exposing things like the trinity , then that source goes south on another veiw . Telling people No hell , you just die and over , is comfortable Christianity

Who of you commentators have studied the Greek and Hebrew on the words forever or eternal when it comes to God's judgment ? So many ready to condemn this video but has not researched where the concept of "hell" comes from. so many are so ready to hold on to doctrines just because that is what they were taught. The word eternal should actually be translated "for an age" and the word "Sheol " in the Old Testament into hell when a bad person died but the same exact word was used when a good person died into "grave". The translation "hell" is incorrect. Sheol simply means grave. in the Old Testament the Jewish people did not even have a concept of hell.
Notice how the people who make these videos never call on the name of Jesus they never even speak it. They probably can't.
i am still confused. I don't believe a God of love would allow a burning hell forever. The spirits of men in hell would not burn as they are not flesh but spirit.How can spirit feel pain that only the flesh could feel? But our spirit does return to Yah who gave it. As in Jairus's daughter who came back to life and her spirit returned to her. The confusion is whether the spirit of a person lives on after death with Jesus, for those who are born again of the spirit, since Jesus said we would not see death but would pass from death into life.

In my studies, the Bible has been so wrongly translated into english. My stance is Jesus will save all and all will go to heaven, of course we will have punishment if we raped or killed, etc, but it wouldnt be eternal. The word hell is not in the Hebrew and greek manuscripts of the Bible. God is a hypocrite if he tells us to forgive, yet he doesnt, and mercy would not endure forever, because he would chose to keep people in hell forever, since he has all power. In my studied, The bible has been translated so wrong by translators.

Yahushua is warning people about not believing in Him. These are the ones who rejected him; when they rejected him, they rejected the truth. So will be one with Satan. Yahuwah madde us so does not want anyone of us to perish: The lake of fire (Gehena fire) is reserved for Satan and his angels: not for humans, why because we are not spiritual beings yet. We are innocent, we haven't saw Yahuwah's face yet. Those who have seen him is their opportunity for good things from Him, but because they have rebeled, will be tormented. Satan and his angels will be tormented.
Once we reject God & Christ we are no longer his children. So what kind of mercy or grace does Satan's children deserve? You say enternal hell is too much for God's children we are not his children once we seperate ourselfs knowingly from God so we deserve ever lasting thrist & regret of not knowing Christ. Oir souls cannot burn. Just like how the souls of the righteous will forever be with Christ the souls of the wicked will also be conscience but with everlasting thrist never quenched and full of regret from what got them their on Earth. Satan wants us to believe that the souls of the sinner will gracfully be put to sleep. That's too easy for rejecting God. Also ot goes agaisnt us having a soul & there being a spiritual realm.
