By using prototype amber on citlali, but you won't reach max stacks unless furina is c2

Ssdly after all these vids. with double hydro, Hu Tao cant get a single melt, the hydro aura is too strong. She will work better on teams with less hydro or maybe even none of it.

she can get occasional melts against non-boss enemies but it's still too inconsistent from my experience
