Hey Brenden, did you use Y connectors for aileron, flaps and Rudders. I have a 12 channel receiver but a DX9 transmitter. With individual channels for ailerons, flaps and rudder I use 8 channels for just control services and throttle. This leaves only one AUX channel for opto kill swith, lights or whatever else I want to add.

Every servo is on its own channel. I use the same Dx9 and ar12310t receiver. The lights on mine are just powered by a non switched channel. Just plug it into the receiver into an open port. dont use the bind port. If your out of ports yharness the lights off the receiver with another circuit that’s not switched.

Hi nice job with the wiring. I just finished my Xcub build and was setting up channel 11 for landing lights with a optical switch with my iX12 and I can’t get any signal from the RX on channel 11 and 12. I tried another 12 channel RX tonight and same thing. I plugged a servo in and when RX powered up servo goes to max throttle and stays there. I am using 11ms frame rate. Do you have a suggestions on what to check. Thank you.

Jeremiah Ulishney if the ix12 is like the dx9 you need to go into system setup and assign aux 3 - aux 4 to switches. It sounds like the two ports are not assigned. Wish I had an ix12 period but wish I had one to go through for u
