I really wish they would have by now added at least some sort of horde/survival mode that gives more armor, weapons or items. Something like old school gear of war horde mode would be cool to play with friends in this game for sure.
The game doesn’t work like that you don’t gear/weapons for looting, well maybe gear and some weapons but most weapons come from boss kills or random material drop Like it’s not shooter looter idk how to explain exactly but it more of dungeon crawler where loot is spread on ground and there’s a reward for clearing the dungeon and move to to next dungeon
@@DEADtoRISE08 You could get the gear from beating a certain amount of lvls of waves, not as drops from the things you kill. Id be down with a side thing like that in the game. have a boss fight every 5 lvls or something. Hell you could even tie it into trying to take back parts of the world since everything was reset anyways.
Nice vid. I've been farming shards at Root Nexus. Find the root on the map, do NOT attack the tree, hang out and wait. An abberation will spawn anywhere between 1 to 3 minutes. I hang out in the stone room on the other side of the world stone. I farmed 10 shards in about 20 minutes. The abberation shows up 2 out of 4 spawns.
In Apocalypse difficulty they will appear so fast two or three times in every area in the maps if u want to fight different type just let the first one kill u and comeback to the same spot u will find another type of them 😁👍
@@n0cuddl3 Yes that's why they called Apocalypse 💀 I'm farming them in Apoc, I find it better and fast than the other difficulty but ur video 100% useful for the players how want farming them without any problems ✅
@@n0cuddl3 its RNG, on my run i played on great hall, sometimes it spawns right away after killing 3 normal enemies XD and the chance of them spawning is also tied to difficulty, so maybe nightmare and apoc is better? but might take longer to finish? XD only tested my way on surv n vet, they mostly spawn on same spot, i get 5 in a row but then again its RNG spawn. no reroll any map
On nightmare you can go into any over world and kill stuff and if an elite would spawn you have a chance for the new guys to spawn. You don't have to reroll at all just die and kill more stuff. Not every run tho
In these runs (seekers rest) it gives me consistent results 5 out of 5. If I run a forgotten prison, I get some misses. Also make sure you don't get killed before the spawn.
Faster way is to tale teleporter near nerudian as ur backup spot whem u get or sont get boss monster with shard use liquid deth repeat i got like 15 shardsnin 1 hour
Well using this method for 3 hours got me nothing I went to losom just to pass some time and got 1 to spawn just randomly so I don't know how they expect people to farm this after the event when even getting 1 to spawn on apocalypse takes more than 3 hours and a fuck ton of luck they better up them chances I heard during the event was 25% so I think 15 to 20% should be fair outside the event
@@wolferyxproductions You should try the Nexus Root method. Something about not killing it (leave it with 25% HP) & let the minions spawn (leave one left so it would spawn more on the next wave). Also dont rely on this video. just play normally, go around the world & cross your fingers. Or last resort, use the dupe method. :)

doesnt need to reroll, u just need to die to return to crystal to reset spawn and kill em again and repeat
Yes you can do this method too. But in my test, I get less Aberration & more normal elites.

Only if you have a mate. I play solo 100%. I got all 12 mutators and only Rune gun left to obtain.

Gonna try Losom next. But I don't like tight area to fight em. :p

I prefer reroll so at least it refreshes my high chance at 99%. But we are still under the mercy of RNG lol. Roll that dice!
