Sunday Worship Service, July 25, 2021

The Sunday morning worship service for July 25, 2021 of the United Church of Colchester at 900 Main Street, Colchester, Vermont, USA. We are a Christ-centered family oriented community church affiliated with the American Baptist Churches of Vermont and New Hampshire. This morning's worship service was led by the lay members of the Board of Deacons, since our pastor was on vacation with his family. The sermon was given by one of our members, Warren A. It was titled, "Finding Strength in Weakness" and was based in part on II Kings 4: 42-44 and John 6: 1-15. It focuses on the fact that as followers of Christ, we have the Holy Spirit and as such, are equipped to handle and face far more than we often assume.
We are committed to following in the way of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and bearing witness to the coming of the Kingdom of God through our life together. As part of that witness we gladly support a number of ministries and missions locally, regionally, and globally. We have a warm and inviting fellowship and our members care for each other as well as our surrounding community.
