I am happy to share with you how to chop Parsley, like my Dad taught me. This is a perfect example why size matters. Come on, lets learn, lets practice, I know you can do it.
Thanks for the lesson on chopping parsley. For so long, I've used a lot less Parsley than I've wanted to because it takes so long to chop. I figured it was time to watch a tutorial on it. I next plan on making Falafel which will have parsley in it and look forward to using your technique. You're right, parsley can be used in so many different ways.
