Some real fun songs he does: "Red Solo Cup", "Trailerhood", "I Wanna Talk About Me", "Beer For My Horses". If you haven't heard his other patriotic song he's done "The Angry American - Courtesy of the Red White & Blue" written after the events of 9-11, then you should. All great tunes!!
Every time I see that video, I think of when Toby Keith was telling the story of when he’s sneaking up behind the guy that’s holding the girl captive, you can see his last step. He stepped on some ice and slipped and almost fell, but he caught himself, and they left it in the video.
The line "just like Gene and Roy" is a reference to the two most famous movie, television and recording Cowboy stars of the 1930s, 40s, and 50s Gene Autry and Roy Rogers. You may want to check them out offline to add a little context to the history of popular Country & Western music and culture. Great reactions to fantastic music! Cheers!
FYI~ Marshall Dillion was the sheriff on a TV show called 'Gunsmoke' many years ago 'Miss Kitty' was the saloon owner in love with the hero sheriff. 'Gene & Roy' were old time singing cowboys on TV & in movies. Gene Autry (famous for 'Rudolf the Red nosed Reindeer' & Roy Rogers who sang 'Happy Trails to you' on the TV show he had with his wife, 'The Roy Rogers Show'. Nonsense trivia for you. LOL Toby is the best. I gotta check your page & see which one you need to see & which you have already seen.
There was a common style of Country in the late 80’s early 90s. Garth Brookes, George Strait. I’m sure living in the UK you probably haven’t heard of many of those from that time frame. It was all really good music but definitely a pop music sound. In college I was known skip out of studying for an exam and going country line dancing.
Toby Keith’s top songs are all pretty joyful songs for the most part that a lot of his best work that is more serious goes under the radar. Wish I didn’t know now is probably one of my favorite country songs ever not just by Toby Keith
This is my favorite Toby Keith song. And I had to pause to say that. Now I'll go listen to the rest of your reaction lol. My second favorite is Courtesy of the Red White and Blue. I love how to be supports our troops. My son in law is Army like my dad was.
I love that you've fallen for Toby Keith. He really reflects country music, in that he can sing songs that are funny or heartbreaking with ease. I think you'd also like Alan Jackson, for the same reason. Other Toby songs I think you'd enjoy : "You Shouldn't Kiss Me Like This (Unless You Mean it Like That)" "Beer For My Horses" "Who's that Man" "What I Didn't Know Then"
I love that you are getting into Toby's music. I have a couple more for you to check out.... You Shouldn't Kiss Me Like This and We Were In Love. A different side of Toby but none the less awesome.
Kabir, it's ok. You can sing with us. One of the great things about Toby's songs, they were sing-a-long-able. On second thought, this is the internet....
1993 his 1st hit, he was married 40 yrs @3 grown children
He was 32. Born in 1961.
This song came out the year I graduated High School. One of my favorites by Toby. R.I.P. 😔❤️
This is his first number 1 hit. I love this song.
He will be missed greatly. I've always been a fan of his music. R.I.P. Tobey Keith.

I'd like to add "It's A Little Too Late" to the list. Hilarious twist ending to that one. 😂
I appreciate all of your Toby Keith reactions 😊 It’s just great music.

You have to check out Courtesy of the red white and blue....truly a great song, always makes me tear up!
Cledus T Judd, known for doing parodies of country songs, wrote a heartfelt parody of Don't let the old man in to honor Toby. I'll miss you old friend
One of my favorite songs from the man himself. RIP.
Much respect for reacting to Toby Keith. A great man who will be missed. RIP Toby Keith ❤🙏❤️
This is one of my favorite songs.
I'm getting a little watered up in the eyes every time we hear these songs of Toby's. What a loss!
RIP Toby
This song always plays at Cowboys games…along with Big and Rich’s Save a Horse, Ride a Cowboy. Both make me nostalgic.
Marshal Dillon and Miss Kitty were characters from the old tv show called Gun Smoke, a wonderful western.

To hear to rock side of Toby, add “Whiskey Girl” to the list.
You're right about this being early, the song is from his first album
This is my favorite Toby Keith song. And I had to pause to say that. Now I'll go listen to the rest of your reaction lol. My second favorite is Courtesy of the Red White and Blue. I love how to be supports our troops. My son in law is Army like my dad was.
I think you should react to "Whiskey Girl"...one of his less well known songs, but still a great listen...
He was a writer before he was a singer and will be sadly missed.
Great song.
Another great song by Toby Keith a songwriter named Scott Emmerick is “Weed With Willie”
RIP Toby ♥♥💔💔
Kabir as others have said, you need to listen to Beer For My Horses. A great song.

Mullet: business in the front, party in the back.
I love that you are getting into Toby's music. I have a couple more for you to check out.... You Shouldn't Kiss Me Like This and We Were In Love. A different side of Toby but none the less awesome.

When engineering school would get too hard, I’d start singing this song.
You should listen to his song courtesy of the red white and blue and his song trailer hood
React to "TRAILERHOOD" by him. It's great.
For a totally different side of Toby, check out You Shouldn't Kiss Me Like This. It's one of my favorites!
Here's another fun SONG. Toby Keith - A Little Too Late (Official Music Video).
One of his best songs is Courtesy of the Red, White and Blue. Please do it. It was a response to the 911 attack on the USA.
RIP Toby Keith! 😢
You’re so sweet.❤
You should listen to some Brooks and Dunn BELIEVE and You Don't know me are really good songs.
My favorite other than courtesy
Kabir, it's ok. You can sing with us. One of the great things about Toby's songs, they were sing-a-long-able. On second thought, this is the internet....
