The man who stood up is Yusef Eiwazov, who is the husband of world-renowned opera singer Anna Netrebko. Dude knows a stellar voice when he hears it. And given this was a competition show, and this was one of Diana's first songs, every singer there (all those you saw seated in the risers) knew they had lost from the moment she opened her mouth. Diana Ankudinova is a russian teenager 18 years old right now, she start singing at the age of 5 years old like Dimash.
She was abandoned on the streets by her alcoholic mother when she was two years old, she was raised in an orphanage and later adopted by the orphanage director,now her mom, she won many talent contests in Russia, there she met Igor Krutoy who later became her sponsor and a godfather to her.
Igor Krutoy is the bald man who plays the piano in some Dimash videos, he is actually a famous musical composer who left his retirement to compose music for Dimash.
About DIANA ,Due to her particularly deep voice (the opposite of Dimash) and the mystical air that she projects, she has earned the nickname of shaman among her followers, something I agree with specially after listen her song RECHENKA
Her mother was not the orphanage director she was just working there as a massage therapist.
I thought she was left at the age of 3y old. Long time Diana had nightmares and was old enough to remember her biological mother, who also mocked Diana and tried to kill her.

This performance was on a Russian show called ShowMASKGoOn where 9 performers sing 9 songs across 9 weeks in 9 different genres. The performers are also the judges. This song was in the first round, which Diana won. After 9 weeks Diana won overall on points with her cover of Depeche Mode's "Personal Jesus". It was a great show with a friendly atmosphere where the performers bonded with each other and got to explore outside their comfort zones musically. At 18 years old, Diana was the youngest performer. There were no real prizes except bragging rights, it was all for fun.
Her vocal talent is rarely seen but once in a generation if we're lucky. She doesn't just do covers. She comes out with her debut album on December 8th.

This was the first song of a new TV show in russia. There are 9 weeks with 9 shows and 9 well knows artists. Diana is the youngest artist. They had to sing songs from 9 genres. The last TV show was on 20. november. The 9 artists are also the judges for the other singer. And Diana (18) won this competition. She shocked the other singers with the first song. The Crow is her masterpiece in this competition, in my opinion.

Diana is a contralto like Cher but with deeper and higher tones. She also has what is called overtones when she sings in certain ranges. This overtone or polyphonic singing makes her voice sound synthesized. She is truly one in seven billion.

P.S. should checkout another performance from this same show called “Crow” or “ворона” in Russian pronounced as Vorona. Out of all her performances she says it’s her favorite. At the age of three in the middle of Russia's far northern Winter she was abandoned, injured, at a bus stop where she was rescued and sent to an orphanage. At the age of 5 she was still traumatized and unable to speak properly. A massage therapist who visited the orphanage trying to help kids, was the first to recognize something special in this little girl, and eventually adopted her. Diana was sent for singing lessons because it was thought that this might help her learn to speak without impediment.

Diana was born in May 2003 in the Far East of Russia. She didn't have a happy start in life. The woman who gave birth to her had 12 pregnancies, only Diana survived ... and she did not love her child, abused her cruelly and tried to I drowned. Relatives found the child with a broken collarbone on the street and shortly afterwards took the 3-year-old girl to an orphanage. Finally, there she found love ... from Irina Ponik. Taking a little child into the family was not easy for Irina. Her son was already 20 years old, daughter Nastya 17 years old ... Start all over now? Yes!!! Diana came to a poor but loving family when she was 5 years old.
During 2008 to 2012 Diana sang around 40 songs, including at competitions.
Her mother, Irina Ponik, turned her whole life inside out and started all over with a new motherhood and many new professions - seamstress, manager, vblogger… admirable. Everything that has to do with Diana's singing training, performances, competitions, looking for sponsors is organized and coordinated by her mother Irina Ponik. She took extra sewing courses too. Since then, she's been sewing all of Diana's stage costumes, because all of these things consume the family budget. She accompanies her daughter on trips and captures her life in photos and videos with the persistence of a visionary. It is admirable how she promotes her daughter's career, teaching her how to fly but makes sure that she is down to earth Remains.
In 2017 Diana went to Moscow, at the Russian 'The Voice Kids'. Diana entered another competition in 2018 and 2019 and won twice. This project is unique in the world, an international TV- competition: 'You are Super', especially for adopted and orphaned children.
The project producers help the finalists start studying and encourage their creativity. Diana won a scholarship to the College of Music. Igor Krutoy, here as a juror, gave her a small apartment in Moscow.
2020 Diana graduated from high school a year earlier with honor, as an external student and now, she is a student at the legendary Russian State Institute of Theater and Variety Arts (Juilliard similar to GITIS). She is already composing songs and we will definitely hear her own song soon.
