@@ThomasEPeters Too rich tune = unburned diesel = lots of black smoke. You don't want to see the inside of that engine.

It was so freaking busy this weekend, but still really fun! First time for me, ended up going for another lap at the end of the day because we couldn't help ourselves :P

@@itshendo6475 highly recommend going! It's so fun! Good on you for learning the track beforehand, that really helps. Knowing which way the next corner will go will give you so much more confidence and help make the lap safer

Looks like a true showstopper.
So I had my first crash that day with my mx5. Came up from foxhole and lost control in the corner(did not toucht the curb). I know it's driver error but my stock suspension did not help a lot. Was hopeing the driver behind me had a camera on. I would love to see how I f-ed up to learn from my mistakes. Either way, it can always happen and I would like to thank the marshalls for being there every day to make it safe aroubd you when you had a crash.
Oof, too bad! Good on you to learn from your mistakes. What happened? Did the back step out? I had the back step out on a local track because I'm still learning about car balance and just braked too hard... Glad you're okay though!
@@elwindewitte I think I had to much speed for what my suspension could handle wich made the car unsettle coming over the hil. The suspension is very soft since it's still original. Back end overtook me very fast wich I could not correct. I went backwards in the guard rail and ended up a decent distance away from where I lost control. Two years ago I also braked in a corner but was able to correct it then because it was at a way lower speed. Driving hard is fun but a mistake is always close by. I hope my car can be fixed and that the bill from Nurburging is not super expensive.
