I know some guys bash the breach because it’s infinity focus not manual focus, has that ever been a problem for you? Would you say a squirrel would stand out at 100, or 200 yards?
i noticed you removed the eye cup, do you think it was a worthwhile adjustment? mine is kind of annoying me, but i heard it helps protect from possible glares? did you end up keeping yours off?
Hey brother what’s the whole mount I need to mount my flir breach? Thinking about doing the same with a helmet monocular mount just don’t know what mount need from helmet to breach flir itself.
Hey Matt. Not to familiar with a helment setup. I have a helion right now. I do like the idea of this setup. Where’s a good place to get the helment and mounting setup.
Hey Justin, I sell the equipment that I use. I have all mounts, arms, all 1 package deal for the Team Wendy helmets so people dont have to purchase them individually and figure out whats compatible and what isnt because the Flir Breach does not use the same mounts a PVS14 does and etc. If you want to inquire more type my name on facebook and send me a message and i can give you my contact information.
if you mount this to a rifle in front of your scope you can look right through this thing and still have a fantastic view and picture!! so..... my next question can it handle recoil? I need some rich dude to put it to the test? mount it to a 5.56 and shoot a couple 100 rounds and see if it breaks? thankyou!
@@konstantinromkin847 Yea output says 5v on both of them. Think any standard cell phone battery pack will work. I just picked these 2 because of the shape of them. They seem to fit just fine on the stretchy straps. Anker makes a round battery pack that i use for my scope that actually fits better. The breach uses very little power. I can run about 2 nights off one charge. running between 4-6 hours a night
@@offffofof I think for a 3grand set up, scanner plus helmet rig, its the most affordable and functioning product for a helmet set up. @@offffofof Oh. I misunderstood. Are you referring to the armasight 172 swing arm or the g24 mount? Both i think are great. I beat the shit out.of my equipment. Can you use thermal and shoot it without it on your gun since you can’t see through glass and you can’t see ir light ?
Just got mine in today. And have it mated with a PVS14 on a bridge mount. Loving how versatile it is
Cool set-up. Where did you get the red light? Link please.
If you put afresh 123 battery in it, then plug in your external power plug, will it run on the external first then the 123?
No. I tried it with this unit and the 536. The 536 would run external first then switch to batteries but the breach does not.

I love your setup. Will replicate some of your features into my helmet.
Great job mate!
Thank you.
Someday our agency will have the budget to get a couple of these paired with nvs 14. Would be so beneficial. Even the playing field.
If your agency is law enforcement of government reach back to me in the future about it. I have alot of room to cut cost down on bulk orders for LE.
Hello! What external battery do you use?
I have 2, just a little Mophie battery pack and an Anker pack. Just about anything will work.

Can u look through a standard scope still while using breach or have u tried mounting breach in front of scope
It's possible use the breach as a coupon but it's not the greatest. Thermal imaging to date cannot see through glass so it is useless behind optics
Has anyone found a high quality usb-c cord with a 90 degree plug so it Doest stick out so far from the breach?
Belkin check ebay
I’d like to duplicate your setup. Can you provide links to the helmet and mounts?
