- In the middle of the bush, I show you my every day life camping into the wild, just a few meters away from the most majestic animal on Earth: a herd of elephants, calves, young adults are playing in the mud while I'm working out. At night around 8 lion males are roaming into the camp and one night I spotted one...I tried to chase him with my torch and I just got mesmerized by the predator running away. The following morning I had to walk through the bush along the Luangwa river, and exactly where the massive lion male was hunting a few hours ago. Impalas, warthogs and many birds are now living their life in the beautiful and wild savanna. The Wildlife camp is just amazing and I can't wait to go on a self drive safari day throughout the South Luangwa National Park! Stay tuned.

Hi Charline, You should make yourself an emergency grab bag. That you can grab very very quickly from your vehicle or Tent with out having to think where it is. And in your emergency grab bag you should have everything you need to survive and keep you alive with out your vehicle and tent. Note everything should have multiple uses not just one or two. Coz it has to be a small backpack.
In case of fire, Accident, Break down when you need to leave your vehicle and go on foot.
I used to have one actually! Someone recommended this before I left for Africa! It’s an amazing idea!😃

J y suis alle de nombreuse fois ( j ai vecu en Zambie quelques annees) La vue est extraordinaire et l on peut i croiser quasiment tout les animaux present dans le parc, lors d un de mes sejours en 2017 une lionne a traverse le camping en debut de soiree, heureusement annoncee par les cris d alarme d un troupe de babouins! Si vous remontez vers le nord je vous conseille de visiter le lac du Malawi, le Nyika plateau et le parc de Ruaha dans le sud de la Tanzanie, tous des endroits extraordinaires et magnifiques.Profitez bien de votre aventure dans la region!
do u feel confident being outside the vehicle at night or is there some degree of trepidation ?? you are very inspiring and am visiting Africa next year as my first overseas adventure. late to the game but better late than never.
Thank you so much! Regarding being outside at night it really depends on where you are…but if you’re in or around a game park just be very careful with predators. Better to stay alert and to get into the tent asap. All the best! And it’s never too late ☺️
