After watching Garnacho's goal a few times, I can truly say it's one of the top 10 PL goals of all time. MADNESS.
it's probably the best bicycle kick, so we have to look at other types of goals to complete the top 10, i would add Bergkamp's goal against leicester in the style of his goal against argentina in 1998, his magical goal against newcastle (#1 for me), maybe some le tissier goals ? the beckam long distance goal v wimbledon, facist Paolo Di Canio vs Wimbledon ( a beautiful volley), the aguero goal, not special at all, but so iconic nonetheless, Paul Scholes vs Bradford ? maybe a cantona goal ? (the one where the ball is behind him, not sure it's 1er league)
