I’m 24 year old kid, I cannot express my gratitude enough for these two. Mr. Mylett and Mr. Frisella have in a sense”raised” me from child to man. These men changed my life and one day I’m going to pass that feeling on to the next generation. Thank you so much.
The best thing about internet is that you get stuff like this for free. I found Andy’s show during the covid times and he has changed my mentality for the better and helped me to stop feeling sorry for myself. His book on mental toughness is real and if you’re feeling low, 75 hard is your light in the tunnel, just give it a go and watch your mentality shift.
This is my VIBE. I thank God for RUclips and podcasts every day for this education and inspirational content. It attracts like minded and well intentioned souls together.🙏🏼💗
To those who are offended by the smoking or foul language start at 44 minutes and listen for about 10 minutes. Then get over yourself so you can actually hear a powerful message.
Three years ago, when I was 63, I completed #75Hard on my first attempt. It was the best thing I've ever done for ME. Before doing the challenge, I was ready to throw in the towel in many areas of my life. Three years later I'm still influenced by the challenge on a daily basis. Much love and respect for youz guys. 😊
I had a hard time when I first heard the way Andy spoke but was able to listen to the message and completed 75 hard. I had no support or encouragement doing it and my family hated it because I wasn’t drinking and on a road trip had to stop all the time because I was drinking so much water. After I completed it I looked back and saw. I really overcame obstacles. You are a dynamic duo. I’ll be saving this episode and replaying it many times.
I had to drive on the third shift hauling mail in an 18 wheeler for over 10 years while I worked my landscaping business I wanted to quit many times but now I’m full time landscaping the last 2 years. My vehicle I drive now is worth almost 100k a Rivian R1-T. I’m nothing special and I’m not bragging just hoping to let someone know that you can do it too. I don’t have a college degree and in fact barely graduated high school 😊
Good for you man! If it means anything, I admire the hustle 🙏 Those are the moves no one wants to talk about but yet its exactly what had to happen. Well done!
This interview was truly affirming. I identify so much with Andy's drive, being misunderstood, feeling lonely, even when you push to win and give others the "rings' they wear so proudly. I needed to listen to this episode. Thank you.
Andy Frisella is the first person that got me involved in this personal development lifestyle. I truly believe Andy could fix this entire country if he was president. If you haven’t watched his CTI podcasts, I strongly recommend watching all of them from 2020-Now
Man, this was gold and in God timing. I definitely “run hot” and in my 20s this definitely got me in a lot of trouble but as a business owner and where I’m at in my life now (35) I am 100% OK with “running hot” I’ve got a business to run employees to build up 3 boys to raise and a wife to provide for. I love Andy, but I’m trying to quit cussing myself lol so listening to him not too well so this podcast was perfect
2 of my VERY FAVORITE MENTAL MENTORS. This conversation is loooong overdue. Glad to see Andy and Ed sit and share gems. Time to get my notes and mindset open and ready...there's going to be some real talk here. Be Elite Today People!!!
Appreciate Andy so much for producing Real AF podcast. Its the perfect example of not being afraid to speak about unpopular topics. He is a true leader and gives us all hope for others to not be afraid to speak out. Dont stop.. the world needs to hear strong opinions without fear!
When I hear Andy describing himself, all I hear is everything about me. Being wired hot, wired crazy, caring too much, having high standards, being hard to be around, being unreasonable. Why don't you relax? What's wrong with you? It's almost like I'm hearing my twin. Love this one. From magicmark4.
This. Besides the wired hot part. This is why it’s been challenging for me to keep a normal job lol my standards are way too high for mid coworkers. I didn’t see myself that way until I read your comment.
My favorite podcast on RUclips is by far Ed Mylett. Why, because he is a great communicator and shares his knowledges and how to “grow” how to advance in my life. Ed brings on the most interesting and value added guests. Thank you, Im a 71 year old man who is looking for more in life…Ed you inspire me daily…

These two guys are some of the most genuine people out there. They are always giving back in so many ways and always speak the truth. Mental toughness is something you work on. You have to build a solid foundation and stack on it daily. Max out everyone. Keep it real AF!
You both are my entrepreneurial mentors, and Bedros Kuillian. I am taking a guy out to lunch next month who I am hoping will be interested and willing to become my main business and entrepreneurial mentor to guide me in the process to start a business and all the various pieces that go along with it. I appreciate you both giving back to people by sharing your wisdom. It will help guide people to making big changes in their lives and by effect all the people they encounter! God bless you guys.
Thanks two of our role models for sharing and teaching their entrepreneurial success behind the scenes. Mental toughness is vital in life. Through hardship and difficulties, we find ourselves more capable and tough than we believe or even imagine that makes us love ourselves and believe in ourselves more. I love what you said that great people are not running by the societal program. They color outside the line and they leverage the dark energy and they are more open to new ideas and perspectives and they are taking bigger purpose outside themselves and leaving a legacy and making a difference in the world that’s actually our higher purpose in life. Thank you😍
My two favorite people! These men are just average ordinary men that have decided to do extraordinary things in life! Thank you for all that you both contribute to humanity! Keep kicking ass!
Andy Frisella has helped me change my entire life & I’m SO GRATEFUL!!! His live hard program helped me get my life together during the pandemic, this mental toughness helped me endure the death of my Father during the pandemic,& helped me learn how to live without drugs/alcohol! His podcasts helped me learn how to get involved locally at my kid’s school board meetings & I volunteered with Project Stand Together when Andy had Ari Hasanaj on the show! I can go on & on about how I’ve changed my life with his help!!! He’s like the big brother I always NEEDED!!!! Thank you both so much for all you do! I’m forever grateful & WILL continue to lead by example! I THANK YOU FOR YOUR EXAMPLE!! 🙏🥹
Two of my favorite people on the planet! Hands down the best episode to date and will be for some time, if not forever. You want to change your life, follow Ed, Andy and I’ll throw in Hormozi. This one changed my perspective on what I’m doing in life. A tremendous podcast and I thank you both. On year 3 of live hard as a retired (47) strength athlete and bodybuilder and a proud legionnaire and mental toughness and both of your books and podcasts have helped me grow immensely the last 5 years. Thank you, gratitude 🙏 and God Bless
My husband is a nationally tennis player. He’s has 16 national championships has 16 gold balls. His daughter played Serena Williams on his son coach the Philadelphia freedoms. They’re in an amazing family. They specialize in teaching mental toughness. It was interesting that I just found that you did a podcast on this recently. Because we’ve been doing it on my podcast and traveling around different locations in Florida right now where he’s doing his tournaments, teaching mental toughness, as well as his daughter Julia Cohen, who she was the top number one in the country and fourth in the world in junior tennis. And she specializes in mental toughest too. Thank you for sharing and caring. Warmly, Stacy Rosman Cohen.
I’m in Florida and Id love to join in on the next mental toughness teaching. Or tune into the podcast you have where you talk about mental toughness next time im in the gym!

45 male 20 year struggling pest company having trouble scaling. Thanks for what you do for us men
Just listened to this for the second time and I’m thinking it could be a valuable monthly practice. So many great fundamentals here.
I love how raw ed is with his guests ( / dear friends) in his interviews. he says "listen to me" while telling Andy that he needs to enjoy his success more ect. it is so powerful as a listener. he means every word and it is spoken from his heart.
Beautiful duo. Thank you for bringing Andy to us 💛
Watching/listening to this interview was my self-care today. Needed this wisdom so much! ❤️❤️❤️
