Oh my goodness, Ed, for decades I have been on a roller coaster of great achievements, and then falling down, and then great achievements, and then falling down. I thought it had something to do with my motivation. My discipline. I was so hard on myself. Your analogy of the thermostat is absolutely bang on for me. I cannot begin to say how grateful I am to you for this realization! I now feel compassion and understanding toward myself. I am renewed and will achieve and then build on those achievements and keep going upward. I believe in myself now thank you Ed!
So good. I have a lot of changes coming in my life. I finally decided I don’t have to be miserable and tolerate things in my life that bring stress and pain. My Identity is I am created in God’s image and He wants me to live out my dreams!

When you’re interviewing Dean, and he talks about hating your job but do it as if you love it.. knowing it’s temporary.. that was a game changer for me! Im so grateful to have listened to this and heard his message!! I’m guilty of getting in that negative mindset, instead of staying positive regardless and know it’s only a stepping stone for the next big thing. 🙏🏽

I imagine all day that's my favorite pastime and I listen to podcasts and I listen to these RUclips videos and I listen to audiobooks and I read books and I study and I imagine imagine I feel like I'm a human dream machine but what good are dreams if no one believes in you and how do you believe in yourself enough to make big things happen or at least start to happen or connect with the right people that's my struggle and continue on this path makes me feel like I'm on a path of insanity
