This is a saviour!! I have severe pts”d”. Hadn’t slept properly for a week. Finally was just getting into a deep sleep and was woken up to a danger. Finally fell asleep again with this and was woken up to a loud ring on my phone right beside me when I had gone into deep sleep for the second time. I came here because God (Holy Spirit) told me 528Hz was the best frequency for men. So I looked for one in youtube and God (Holy Spirit) says listen to this one. It is almost an hour and I cannot quit listening, and so I started reading the comments to find out what are the benefits if any shared by people, now I know why. I do play chess online, I enjoy it so much I sometimes sleep at 4-5am. After 1h listening 528Hz I feel very refreshed and calm. If you want to test it and verify for yourself you can download a spectrum analyzer for your phone. I have one and use it all the time just for fun, I have this weird obsession with frequencies and how they affect human consciousness. I even used my spectrum analyzer on the back of a bus because I noticed that people always fall asleep on the back of buses but not sure whether it's due to the physical vibrations or the sound vibration, maybe a combination of the two. I don't remember what the exact frequency was but know that a 60Hz binaural is good for sleep so it's probably some harmonic of 60Hz.

But when it's really bad I'm able to listen to this and go to sleep for a little to reset my body at least for a little bit

You can also use frequencies to charge water. I charge my drinking water (in glass or metal containers) and also my bath water. Let me just say I’ve been working a lot and needed sleep but I’d lay down and wouldn’t fall asleep until 2 hrs laters. With this pure tone I didn’t even know I was sleep, no intruding thoughts, no thinking about tomorrow. Idk if this is too much tmi.. but for the last few months I been so stressed out that my period has been weeks late each time and irregular. I put on a random 528 Hz and listened to it in the background for a few hours as I was getting ready and for once my period came on it’s regular time on Friday .. it’s crazy how my body responded to it
