He’s so correct about the Church’s jealousy of the Charismatics and Pentecostals !! I’m convinced this is the main reason why they reject the idea of speaking in tongues or try to limit this precious gift from God !! This is coming from a born again that hasn’t yet received this precious gift but has always believed and desired it, and yes I believe it is for all Christians who consistently ask and knock for it !!
@2:00 The reason God did not accept Cain´s offering was, that the fruit of the earth was cursed (KJV Genesis 3,17b " [..] cursed is the ground for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life;") but Able´s offering of blood was the offering of life for death, the premonition of LORD Jesus´ deed on the cross.
Even if the fruit of the earth were somehow unaffected by the curse, it would not suffice to atone for sin. God requires a blood sacrifice -- the death of a fleshly body that bleeds hot, red, life-sustaining blood, like that which runs through the arteries and veins of all men -- for atonement. Vegetation, whether corrupt or not, was as inadequate as rocks, water and petroleum to symbolize and foretell of the living flesh and blood of Jesus.

Born of water means natural birth. Born of the Spirit means being born again. This is referenced throughout the Pauline epistles. Check out Michael Heiser on this as well. There is spiritual warfare in baptism.
There is a very real spiritual significance in baptism. I truly believe that any true believer who has the opportunity should be baptized as soon as possible. There is no reason to not be baptized and Jesus specifically said to do it and He did it.
