Hi Pauline, thanks for checking out HubSpot Hacks! I don't believe Whatsapp can integrate, but you can create a Facebook messenger chat right in your HubSpot inbox!
Thank you for this great and very useful video! I have a question :) Is it possible to save emails collected in a live chatbot (collected while waiting for our reply) in an active list (automatically) and if it is possible, how?
Hi Marko, thanks for checking out the video! You can add an email capture question before they can get through your chat bot or talk to a real person. You should be able to create an active list then with the parameters "Email is known" and "Original Source Drill-Down 2 = addMessageUser." Hope this helps!
Thanks for checking out HubSpot hacks! Yes, you can! You need to install your HubSpot tracking code on your site and then you can use HubSpot chat in your web application. Remember to subscribe for more HubSpot Hacks!
Is it possible to use HubSpot live chat and BOT on the same day? Like chat will be activated during he working hours and bot will work on outside of business hour>?
Yes it is possible to use Live Chat during business hours and a chatbot after hours. When creating your live chat, be sure to specify your business hours. This will provide a reference for your chatbot to know when to takeover the chats. Here are two Knowledgebase articles for your reference: knowledge.hubspot.com/chatflows/create-a-live-chat knowledge.hubspot.com/chatflows/create-a-bot#1-build-create-a-bot-welcome-message
You can still set up a chat option in HubSpot using the free or marketing starter. Actually, the chat feature is part of the service hub. If you're wanting the "bot" functionality that features a lot of the "if this then that" scenarios, you may also consider exploring Many Chat or Mobile Monkey.
Hey John - good question. With the free and starter service modules, you get meeting booking bots, with no custom branching logic. With professional you can move onto custom branching logic (if they say this, then respond with that). What are you trying to use a chatbot for?
Hi there! If you are on the free version of HubSpot you are not able to remove HubSpot's branding from your live chat. If you have a paid version, you can remove the HubSpot branding following these steps! Click the gear icon to get to your main settings, then under "tools" click on "inbox >inboxes." Hover over your chat inbox and click edit. Right underneath the option to have your chat pop up on the left or right should be a "HubSpot branding: checkbox that you will want to uncheck. I hope that helps!

Thank you for the demo, I have learnt something new. I see HubSpot continues to add more types of chatbots.
+Kevin Yeh great!
Thank you for sharing, one question, how do you link this to messenger, or what'sapp?
