The main line is like that:-
“I have handled my heart a lot, Still your name is coming out of my mouth, where secret cannot be hidden, such situation is being manifested”.
The above lines although translated but can never carry such emotions which is in original language. Songs can only be enjoyed in their original language.
I’m sure there must be some great songs in Tamil too, which turn out to be emotion less when translated to English.
