Sir aapne Tribunal nhi krwaya hai, hope in the coming days you will take it.
Sir, Please give a lecture on How to learn the Articles because From your lectures, we have understood the constitution and still we are understanding but at the end we need to cram these article numbers. For Example you use sometimes some kind of formula to relate Union Articles and State Legislative Articles. or you use some mnemonics.
Such as,
Article 105 (which is of Contempt of House of Parliament at Union Level ) + 89 = i.e Article 194 [105+89]is applied at State Legislature (regarding their Contempt of House) .
OR
mnemonics such as
'F.I.D.A.A' i.e Article 19 like that...!!

Can anybody please confirm that whether article 39 A should be read with Article 22 as sir said or with article 21??i am confused because in the constitution it is written in the notes on article 39 A

Sir u always say dr ambedkar was so mastermind to create such constitution...
But recently i got to know that he himself had once said that if i get a chance "i will be the first to burn down this constitution".
Please clarify this.
If constitution is not followed properly by people or state. In other words, just one example i am giving it here and other would be many ,if fundamental right will violented. Example in some part of country still DALIT are still struggling to get enty into the temple.

inhone is liye bola tha ki constitution itna a66a bana hai ki atrocities against sch. caste will stop or will decrease gradually....agar aisa nahi hoga to vo khud. constitution jala denge... so it was like his deep faith ,confidence on constitution...
