Sir in 5 yr after the commencement of constitution is 1955 then in 10 yr i.e 1960(from 1950) not 1965,1975
Thats why bg Kher commission was appointment in 1955
However another official commission was not appointed in 1960
Is I am right. ?? Need to clarify this !

The reason hindi is not our national language beacause we as an indian speaks different languages across the nation even hindi is not an comopulsary subject in secondary schools so it will be inappropriate for those population who come from backward classes to speak other native lang therfore it cannot be proposed as national language.
