Iowa is tough. Washington is beatable. SC is always SC but not good this year. Fresno State very winnable. Think 5-7 is likely. 6-6 is very possible. 7-5 is miraculous
hope ucla shifts d-linemen, late clock vs iowa, to effectively run-blitz versus the hawkeyes' run-blocking. michSt limited iowa run game by bringing a S down (tho risky vs new qb sullivan).
If Garbers can get the team to 7-5, he will have a shot on Sundays. The only QB to put up big numbers with a offensive line that couldn't block well has been Shedure. Can't expect that from everyone.
Think he’s at least a practice squad backup guy no matter what. He’s just had it rough. He did outdo Dante Moore who was the #1 QB in the country. If he has a good line, you gotta like his chances cuz he has a good arm
@eswag153 well they all had it rough and couldn't develop when a 3 QB rotation every game. Stick with one and hope the others don't transfer. But how could any of them get a grasp with the platoon system. Chip was just doing any ole things. But Dante showed talent but he was young.
Horrible win by the Bruins, we almost gave it away.... hear me out the defense played lights out except for allowing Neyor to make big catches, and 3 unsportsmanlike flags that led to TD's. The offense dominating the clock, but still stalling in drives but can't punch it in the end zone and have to kick fg's, the run game still no back for 100 yards and it's week 10 in fact all 3 backs combining for 85 and your QB was . Now stat wise it was a big ten win but still lot's of room for improvement and a win is a win but let's not fool anyone it should have been stat wise a 35-7 win and then I would be glowing about the win
Easy Madman. I understand the elation from Bruin fans today, but sc is very capable, Washington, Iowa, Fresno are all capable of beating Ucla. You know that bonehead penalties have been A Staple! In Ucla football since Mora, Kelly, and now Foster is seeing this virus of Awful penalties that Ucla cannot shake.
Personally, I think usc and Fresno state are likely wins. Iowa is the toughest game remaining on the schedule. If they can beat usc and Fresno state, then they would need to win one of the two games against Iowa and Washington to be bowl eligible. Washington plays at Penn State next Saturday night, then comes home for UCLA at home on Friday night. Other than a possible rain game, that should favor UCLA, as both Penn State and Iowa are tough physical opponents, but UCLA is at home and on Friday night and Washington is on the road a day later. As much as they all look capable of beating UCLA, I think they all look vulnerable, except maybe Iowa. Fresno State just lost to Hawaii, and usc has horrible body language. I think the team culture there is broken. Whereas UCLA players own their mistakes and point to themselves, usc qb gets angry and frustrated, and there is some amount of finger pointing going on. That, to me, favors UCLA.
@TryingToDoBetter01 I disagree on Iowa. I think that is a likely win for Ucla . Friday night games are tough for visiting teams. Ucla is becoming the tough team we expected before the season. It's going to be a fun last 4 games.
Great emotion by Jamal re his family. And we are winning out.
UCLA can't replace Toia next season. Toia is the beast in the middle that allows the UCLA defense to work. Where's the Toia equivalent next season?
Let’s beat Iowa. FIX the discipline issue. Enough already. Go Bruins!
Iowa is tough.
Washington is beatable.

I don't think we can beat Iowa. I hope I am wrong.
Haha, your Dad called Medranos pic ?! I'll have you know I called a Ucla pic on Nebraskas last drive with their 2nd string QB
wonder, if: psu admin would offer lynn a bag to be the hc up there?
Without an O line that is creating running lanes we'll always be rolling the dice. I feel like we should default pass to setup the run.

No such thing as a horrible win when you are the underdog lol weird
Let me see one more (Iowa) before jumping on the bandwagon.

STILL TO MANY STUPID PENALTIES!! Good job offense!! 4 Claws up!! Where is the discipline??
