I think it would be worth a try putting the bed across the window wall.. and maybe taking the curtains down and just use a roller shade or cordless blinds .. something simple and then hang curtains over the open closet .

Oh and would the dresser fit in the closet .. that would give u a little more room too
Thank you for the suggestions! I think I may try moving the bed. I actually used to use curtains over the closet when we first moved in…I totally forgot about it until you mentioned it! The dresser in the closet is a great idea also but the one I have is just too tall and I wouldn’t be able to hang clothes :/ I do appreciate your suggestions and I’ll be doing some of them! Thanks!

We used to live in a single wide when I was first married and had to have bunks in the smallest room like that. We never had a problem with putting the bunks along the window wall. I think it would work out better for you. 💕
