  • They sure were fast, and they sure were furious. I can verify that much at least.

Fast X (also known as Fast & Furious 10) is a 2023 American action film directed by Louis Leterrier from a screenplay written by Dan Mazeau and Justin Lin, who also co-wrote the story with Zach Dean. It is the sequel to F9 (2021), the tenth main installment, and the eleventh installment overall in the Fast & Furious franchise. It stars Vin Diesel as Dominic Toretto alongside an ensemble cast including Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Christopher "Ludacris" Bridges, John Cena, Nathalie Emmanuel, Jordana Brewster, Sung Kang, Scott Eastwood, Daniela Melchior, Alan Ritchson, Helen Mirren, Brie Larson, Rita Moreno, Jason Statham, Jason Momoa, and Charlize Theron. In the film, Toretto must protect his family from Dante Reyes (Momoa), who seeks revenge for his father's death and loss of his family's fortune.
With a tenth film planned since 2014, and a two-part finale planned since October 2020, Lin was confirmed to return to direct with the main cast attached. The film's official title was revealed when principal photography began in April 2022. Lin left as director later that month, citing creative differences, though he retained writing and producing credits. Leterrier was then hired as his replacement a week later, and performed several uncredited rewrites to the screenplay. Longtime franchise composer Brian Tyler returned to score the film. With an estimated production budget of $340 million, it is the eighth-most expensive film ever made. Filming lasted until that August, taking place in London, Rome, Turin, Lisbon and Los Angeles.
Fast X premiered at The Space Cinema in Rome on May 12, 2023. It was first released in several countries across Europe and South America on May 17, and then in the United States on May 19, by Universal Pictures. The film received mixed reviews from critics, who praised Momoa's performance but criticized the writing. Fast X has grossed $371 million worldwide, becoming the seventh-highest grossing film of 2023. Its sequel is scheduled to be released in 2025, while a twelfth and final film is in development.

Never really seen the Fast And Furious movies, but I kind of like how they've slowly started becoming these high-action totally off-the-wall films that embrace the craziness. I liked hearing your take on the tenth entry of the series, and I think it'd be interesting if you did reviews like this one on the other ones. Great video!

The Fast and the Furious is basically the theatrical equivalent of what happened to GTA Online, a tale that began from a two-bit thief to secret agents in a black ops mission from who knows where.

I was a casual viewer of the Fast And Furious franchise until I saw The Rock jump through a fucking cinderblock wall in Rio de Janeiro like the god dammed Cool-Aid Man. I then gave a clap and said "Good on ya movie, you got me!". Vin Diesel basically has car powers. The movies are a spiderweb of plotlines that goes both back in time and to space. You just have to let them wash over you and drag you to sea like a riptide. You should totally do them all but do them in reverse order because they'll make just as much sense.

Fast and the Furious is literally the embodiment of not letting I.P. go to a conclusion.
I bet you 30 Mexican Postage stamps that 50 years from now when _"The Rock"_ is like uhh? 80? And in a wheel chair they will still be makinh these movies.

Kinda like how General Hospital only shows like 3 whole minutes of the "hospital" per episode.

they can't quit making these movies... they spend $200 million and they make a billion... it's like if someone offered you $1000 a day to dress up in a chicken costume and hang out at the mall every day.. you couldn't say no

I have not been keeping up with movies haha, didn't even know they made a new Fast and Furious until I saw your video. The last movie I've seen in theaters was... 65. It was... rather mediocre, seeing those dinosaur... things, or whatever the hell they were supposed to be. On an unrelated note, I do hope sometime in the future you would review the Jurassic films!
