I really like the look of the Commander. It looks rugged but still elegant in an egalitarian sort of way. Sherman looks more like its namesake, which may be good or bad depending on the eye of the beholder. At the end of the day, all of the things being equal with regard to price, I think that I would go with the commander just based on the looks.
Great video production. I love the drone shots instead of the typical selfie stick. I will say that the dangling strap waving in the air behind you is a safety concern. It could snag on something or get sucked into the wheel if you were to ride seated. Please consider tucking it in when you ride.
I own both the OG sherman with the 60mm rim and 1st batch commander. After riding them both for more than 6 months I still reach for my sherman I don't know what it is but it's my all time favorite wheel.
great video as always long range EUC kings for those who hate charging at every stop in the journey, and more of them on the way. the Commander takes it for me because of the longer range extra torque and higher pedal, but they are are both awesome wheels
@@volooooo They share the same internal components; however, different in their own right. The Commander shows slightly more torque and has a tad bit more speed.
@@VeeEUC Always. Thank you for the in-depth videos. Watching you helps me to know where to put my money, cause like purchasing a car, you can't just go pick them up being that they are a bit pricey. Great job !! Keep up the good work 👏 !!
I really enjoyed this video as I have been thinking about getting one of these as a buddy of mine has one. Great comparison of the two! Has my decision as to which one I'm getting.
Hey Vee, just checking in. Glad to see you still riding, You gonna get that sweet little mten4, it's cute. I got mine on the way. I sold my old Sherman and I guess Sensei is going to fix it up. I got the Max to address all the issues of the ogv2, so I hope Sensei updates a few things, he should be good to go. That thing you said about the units going oneway and riders the other, I have felt, and I think it's the damn dipping the Sherman does in small radius turns, it's like getting bucked off a horse. I know you said a firmware update might address this, but I have not seen anything at all. So I stuck a luna seat on my Sherman and made a few music vids. The Sherman is fast, never thought I would be hitting 40-45 on this unit, I see the importance of good gear. Keep your vids coming when you can, I enjoy your no nonsense narrative. Ride safe... 8) 🙂
First, thank you for your kind words. I greatly appreciate it. As far as the MTen4., "Ya damn Skippy I'm getting it." Lol Sorry for the late response. Was uploading the unboxing of the Master Pro and noticed I had several comments I was unaware I had. Was never notified. As far as the Sherm's concerned. I have such a love hate relationship with that wheel. I've had every version and have sold them all with the exception of the Max., which might be on the chopping block here shortly. As far as the vids are concerned, I'll keep them coming. Been super busy, but nonetheless I will get er done! Lol Take care my Friend.
I owned both the og Sherman 3200wh and the Commander hs. I sold one and kept the Commander hs. It's a solid wheel going at low 40s easily for me 240lbs. Both wheels don't have great low end torque.
Nice video. I went with the Shermax because the slight difference in price for relative same performance, as well as it being the 4th edition of the Sherman (tried and tested). Begode didn't do themselves much favors with their reputation
It's doesn't compare to V1 Sherm., but the other versions., it is a tad bit faster, but not by much. The torque is what really does it on the speed version. It's smooth and quicker on the draw than the Sherm with no peg dipping. On the Max, I got up to 45mph with 3 beeps. On the Commander., at 45mph there was a tilt-back with no beeps.
Not sure you mean it's "stupid" in a good way or bad way, but there's a method to the madness as to why that road is as wide as it is. But on another note, thank you for the feedback. I appreciate you.
@@VeeEUC oh I mean it's just kind of a waste of space and money and wide roads actually lead to people speeding like crazy, great vid though as always! I was wondering if this "bull" here is any good.
@@EdLrandom As far as the street is concerned, its a huge complex and that road dumps onto a main road leading to I95 and has two schools, a church and a strip mall at the end. During the morning and evening hours the flow of traffic in and out of that complex is heavy. It's wide in order to prevent traffic back-up from the impending light at the end. Oh yeah, it's only one way in and out of it as well. The Bull Commander is an alternative to the Sherman. Depending on what your wanting in a wheel, it's a safe bet over the Sherman.
The synced up "deuces" at the end was *chef's kiss* 🤌🏾
🤣🤣, I peeped the pedestrian secretly recording me by angling his phone camera at me from his waist, so I gave him the "duece" sign.
amazing review, best ive ever seen

Yes, the esthetics do look more appealing.

Good comparison 👍
I don't want either wheel but good to hear your input all the same.
Cheers

Great video Vee! Both wheels have many similarities great commuting wheels.

great comparison / review, *stunnin footage* 🤙🏼
Thank you for the love and support. I appreciate it and you.
The only compromise the sherman had was the built-in speakers
Fantastic video Vee!! Keep on Rollin my friend!
As always, I appreciate your love and support. 🤗
great video as always

You are absolutely correct. As I stated, they're basically the same wheel.

Nice drone shot. Was that skydio 2? I didn’t know it could keep up with an EUC. 😮
Actually it can't. Several times I had to be mindful of my speed.

촬영은 대체 어떻게 한거예요??
which version are you riding HT or HS ?

I've found the Commander's HS torque much better than the Sherm., for sure. But that's coming from someone 110 lbs lighter than yourself. 😊
Commander HT is the real deal if you are not into speed.
The torque on the speed version ain't to shabby, either.
Nice video. I went with the Shermax because the slight difference in price for relative same performance, as well as it being the 4th edition of the Sherman (tried and tested). Begode didn't do themselves much favors with their reputation
You are exactly right about Gotway's reputation proceeding them.(In a nutshell)
Thank you for this comparision but please think about people from Europe who use metrics
Thank you for the feedback. I will try and be cognizant of that fact.
Do u think the top speed is equivalent to the Sherm, as well? And do u think the tiltback is a good, or bad thing overall?

Commander HS crushes the Veteran Sherman. Not even close
I can see that.
damn, look how wide this road is in residential neighborhood! 5:59 this is just stupid
