Great vid. We need as many advocates for responsible riders on social media as we can get. I feel like the scene in New York and the little news coverage that's been had really paints the community in a negative light. So far every video I've watched of yours you've been very considerate and responsible
The last thing I want to do it hurt someone. I try not to take risks that put others in danger. I agree with you about the image the NY riders are making for us.
cool wheel looks very comfortable to ride, and awesome riding area so much greenery
Dude, great location! the scenery is pretty dope!! great vid!!
Great video man. I like how respectful you are
Nice place for ride in quiet. I'm waiting commander gt to make a decision between mini and gt. I'd like to see some quality smart BMS in EUCs. And unfortunately shinko don't make 244 wheel for 12" rimm (16" EUC), I'm sure that this wheel is perfect for EUC. Hope some day I can share video from beautiful Carpathian mountains in Ukraine.
Wait for the commander GT pro !168v 200kph freespin it’s gunna be a beast
@@user-ne9zw4fz1k it's crazy! But I like it :)
Where do live. Looks like some nice scenery
I really liked this video. I feel like the EB Commander Pro has not gotten the attention it deserves. You would think there would be more videos about it.
I agree! While awaiting my wheel, I hungered for content. I will have to make more. Thank you for watching!
Good to see you post again, I always enjoyed your videos, and yes the commander pro is a phenomenal wheel.
Thanks 👍
Love these long form videos man, rly nice to see everything that happens and how it rides from place to place! Keep up the great content man loving it, stay safe!
Thank you for the feedback. Long form is always a gamble for viewership. I appreciate you watching!
Was wondering when you’d be back! Got a new wheel I see.
Yeah.... been dragging after I busted my last cam.
I installed the shinko 244..it was a pain to get it to fit and work with the way the mudguard and motor wire was assembled.
I also added 3 inch cnc pedal risers, and then it became a trail beast!!! I even do some jumps too. Only wished the side panels was made of something lighter to decrease the weight.
I'm interested in seeing what you used for pedal risers if you are willing to share. The side panels are made of magnesium... stronger and lighter than aluminum, so you'd have to go to plastic to reduce weight there. Thank you for watching!
Awesome 😎 thanks brother!!🙏
You bet!
The suspension is allowing the higher tire pressure. My suspicion anyways. I have a non suspension wheel and maximum pressure would throw me off. I have a shinko 241 tubeless MSX V2 HT 2500 watts. If you're not tubeless I highly recommend. I run 21 PSI. Tire flexes nicely but not too soft. Happy trails M8!
BTW I hit 40 mph on the street with my shinko 241 where as I was unable to with a Michelin city pro street tire because of it being too squirrelly. Love the knobby! Way more stable Mable 😎
I've always ridden at 45psi, even on my other non-suspension wheels. I realize that's not for everyone. I chose to learn to ride that way so I would be accustomed to it. That being said, my rider weight is higher which automatically dampens wheel bounce. If I were 150lbs... I don't think 45psi would be appropriate. The Shinko 244 was squirly at first for me.... but now, I'm used to it on or off road, and 45mph is common. Thank you for watching!
Not sure if you ever get up to the north end but I've been meaning to get over and try Paradise...
Yeah, I hate the stock tire, too. I'm trying my old S22 stock tire on it right now which is better. But I think I'll try the Shinko as well.
The Shinko 244 is great... just be aware you'll have to deal with expanding the mudguard uprights to accommodate for the wider tire.
@rollindirty2666 the Shinko 244 is wider than the S22 stock tire?
cool ride what do u think of the slick tire that comes with the commander pro 50s version
Update to the new wheels? How are you liking the cpro and extreme? Are you riding one more than the other?
i just got my ex30 and i am loving the ex30 omg it was so hard to pick between the commander pro or the ex30 so how did i pic lol i thought the ex30 looked easier to clean off the mud lol
The EX30 is a fantastic wheel. It was a hard choice for me too.
2 more hours of processing before this becomes available in 4k.
How do you like the commander pro vs the extreme? does it feel to heavy compared to the extreme? In terms of torque for start and going? Im coming from a regular sherman v3 with my 140 lb frame makes it hard for me to brake fast.
The extreme is the best braking euc I've ridden. The commander pro is good to, but not as quick to brake as the extreme. I like them both. I think the suspension on the extreme is better designed, but the commander pro is a solid unit in the corners. If you are worried about body mass and maneuvering the wheel, the extreme is far easier to move around. I like the top heavy nature of the commander pro though because it makes stabilizing in corners easier for me... but I'm about 210 riding.
What size Shinko 244?
I have a CP too; swap the stock tire for a Michelin PS2, but if I put +40 psi on it, it starts rubbing against the inner ribs of the mudguard. Did you have to remove the ribs or shave the knobs of the shinko?
I used a screw driver to bend the uprights out just enough to clear the tire.
@@rollindirty2666 Didn't this maneuver make the fender more prone to wiggle?
@@mauriciomorales4288 no, there are four uprights that hold the mudguard up from the axle. Bending them out ever so slightly didn't change the amount of support on the mudguard.
