Jenna you helped my dogs! so I have two Shetland sheepdogs and apparently they can have very weak jaws and will try swallowing rather than chewing, our vet talked to us about it after they had to loose some teeth and said we need to give them stuff to chew on like bones, but pig bones make them sick and beef bones are too big so I remembered how your dogs loved greenies in this and decided to give them a try and they've helped my dogs immensely! you aren't even here anymore and you still help me, thanks so much Jenna love you and hope you are living the best life!

He's a chihuahua, they can live up to 18-20
Julien does updates. He did a whole update video a while ago; and the dogs in their Halloween costumes (not to mention the stream cameos).
My chihuahua lived to be 18 (their life expectancy is between 18-20 years, sometimes older), and smaller dogs tend to live longer in general, so as long nothing unexpected happens, they'll thankfully be around for a while. 😊

They test all of the greyhounds by walking them near a small dog, and walking them near a cat, and seeing how they react. Only a dog that reacts well to both would get put in Julien and Jenna's house, because Italian Greyhounds are considered to have "cat-like" motions, so a dog that gets a prey response around a cat might go for an Italian Greyhound too.
That said, they still have to be very careful, and it would be even more nerve-racking if they had a cat. Maybe Bunny would have been totally fine with a cat, but they're fostering so many different greyhounds, it's hard to know they all would all the time. And a greyhound that raced was trained to chase small cat-like creatures (well, I think it's a fake creature, but still), so it would be scary having a cat.
