I am enjoying your workouts with hand weights. I tend to work with about 10kg hand weights and sometimes with a 20kg kettlebell but I burned about 292 active calories, overall and my heart rate average was just at the boundary between stage 1 and 2. Obviously not as many steps but my arms and my upper back and noticing the exercise, which is great. Thank you very much for doing these.

I hope you don't mind someone else answering besides Olivia. You can slow down the reps and do less of the ones that make you dizzy. It's not necessary to always keep pace with Olivia. Focus on your breathing and ensure you are always exhaling on the exertion(the lift). Standing overhead shoulder presses can make some people lightheaded, so if you find that happening, they can be done seated.
