Dude, the red suit with black high top Chuck Taylors were statement-making enough, but you broke the internet with the white gloves. Now to the lens. It's fantastic. I purchased mine used in 2012 for my D7000, but it recently found new life with my D500. To say it's built like a tank is an understatement. I dropped mine on a tile service and have had no issues. As standard zooms go, it's just about perfect for DX crop sensor bodies. As you probably know, Nikon still makes then and new they run about $1500.00, but you can get them used all day on eBay for $500-$700.00 in good condition.
Lol, thanks. Well, usually I am just a “ jeans & T-shirt guy” but I have been watching a bit of “The Lair of Voltaire” recently so I guess inspiration struck. Yes the lens seems to be a real tank and a grate performer, got my copy on E-Bay for $462, so I got lucky I guess. Man D500, that’s a really cool camera. Oh, and by the way: almost all of the clothing are “second-hand-bargains”, and the gloves I use while handling film negatives while scanning. Thanks for watching!
Thank you for the information shared in this video. I have been curious about the 17-55 mm lens. Your English is easier to understand than those from Great Britain.

Thank you, appreciated! Well, it´s a cool lens and if one keeps a lookout it can be had for a good price.
Without VR can it shoot hand held? Please comment 🙏
Well...This lens has no VR so it is simple in that way.
@@1989Goodspeed thank you for your reply. Appreciated
