I am literally in tears. I am waiting. I will be 29years this year and single. I have been weak at times. Hearing this has given me so much strength and joy. I know God has the best for me. I don't mind living purpose whilst waiting. You guys are a great blessing to our generation
Never give up sis. I am a living testimony of God's goodness. I met my husband at 29 and got married at 30. To the glory of God, I will be having my baby in the next few months at 31. Looking back, I thank God I never settled because He gave me my own. God is ever faithful and He won't stop now!

I am an ardent follower of true talk but I have never commented cos I usually listen at work . This particular video pushed me to make a comment.
The part where someone called her fool on the day of thanksgiving 💔💔💔
And all the negative comment in the church of God!💔💔
This woman is indeed a woman of God, see her laughing through so much pain she went through, the ones she spoke about and the ones she couldn’t even say.
One thing I know, God will never give you more than you can bear, she had 2 years down and 9 years of strength. Only God can give you such strength.
Also her story further proves that marrying in the will of God can never be over emphasized. Imagine she married wrong, the case would have been worse.

What a real life experience. I am touched by the aspect of "husband being removed from leading the men's fellowship because he refused to connive with the Sanhendrins! He refused to stop his wife from fulfilling purpose. What a just man like Joseph, who hears and fears God; and who loves his wife. True leadership is not just about being a "boss" in your home. Thank God for vindicating both of you!! And thank God for a spirit of forgiveness, as you have demonstrated in this video Evangelist Seyi....You are a real light-bearer. As a female believer from another country, it is a bit painful to see the pressure young ladies from your country have to get married and then to have children. What if the Lord is calling a young woman to be single for His work? This is where Christians of all nations need to be careful that we do not put our cultural traditions ahead of the Faith. When Jesus came He lifted Woman to great dignity. Her worth is in Christ and not in the ability to be married or to have children. Please understand that I am in full agreement that marriage is a blessed state and the marriage bed undefiled and so on. But Paul clearly states that some are called to be single for the Lord. I think Christians of this generation need to challenge cultural morays that are not fully aligned with Scripture. All cultures have their blind spots, my own included.
Today's session was emotional, yet joyful. The Lord bess you Mrs Seyi. To the TED ladies. Keep advancing the kingdom and thank you for those bright colors😍. I am following from Namibia..

If you never experience such situations, you will never understand the pressure in the waiting room. Everyone has a period of waiting, but the only thing that makes a difference is if we seek the grace to maximise our waiting time in the Lord. Exactly my story, 5 years waiting, no medical issues at all,infact we married both as virgins ooo....but what can we do, God's will! If you are not in the shoes you can never understand. Different comments, interesting prayers, church is one of the hardest places to go ooo... It's like a stigma. But yes! Never lose your joy, and work closely with the Holyspirit 😊. Thank you TED!

My wife to be asked me to watch a particular movie on this channel few days ago but since then my spirit felt so attracted to the drama and programs here. I feel blessed listening to your story and I have learnt alot. Honestly the spirit is willing to dwell in any vessel that humbly obeys him and he leads whoever that walks in his direction. I waited for 11 years too, I know how it feels. I cried so many times. I fasted and prayed ,sow seeds, I never knew God wanted my husband to start up the assignment he has given him and with that our children will come. My pretty girl came after two years of Ministry and after I moved to join my husband overseas. I can't thank God enough for the lessons learnt during my waiting. To Him alone be the Glory forever. Am in my waiting period too 11th year as I wait on God I have grown in seeking him more and more each day its never easy but each day God speaks to me to hold on to him through different ways.

I have been immensely blessed by this..
1. The pressure: the pressure these days has been so much, expectations from family and friends. And sometimes it wearies you thinking is it going to happen.
2. Stay where he kept you: She said whenever God keeps you somewhere he expects to find you there... So no alternatives,. I'll just keep waiting on God.
3. Sending out sympathizers: So yeah, those making me feel bad about my situation shouldn't be allowed into my space(inner circle)...
I'm holding on and looking up to Jesus..

That's why it's very important to marry God's will for your life. Marry a man that won't give you pressure no matter the challenges you encounter in marriage. All this "he is not my spec" is not enough to reject God's will ooo.

I can relate with the first 2 uneasy years you talked about. This is my 2nd year in the waiting room and it hasn't been easy. Only God the Father, Son and the Holy Spirit can actually comfort in the situation. It's not what mouth alone can explain

I am counting on you though to do something like this that will help to enlighten/educate the Sisters and Brothers that if you really want children and conceiving is taking time, please adopt.Orphanages are scattered everywhere in Nigeria filled with babies that needs homes, even if you have your own kids you can still adopt one or two kids. Lets be selfless. The Lord will give us the enablement to care for adopted kids just like they are our biological children, amen.

@@iyanuakin4752 Adoption is not easy anywhere in the world Sister. Conceiving and carrying pregnancy to term is not easy too. When you want something very valuable you have to be ready to put in the work. FYI- Its easier in Nigeria than most countries in the western world.

Thank you for this episode. I sang after listening, teach me your ways oh Lord. That's what I realized, Seyi grew. As for the need, God had long provided. The woman with the issue of blood was not noticed by Jesus, her faith accessed grace. What is important is to know God's word/ways like Moses. He made known his ways to Moses and acts to the children of Israel. With knowing only acts, you may not get to the promised land but knowing his ways will get you there even quicker.
