This track was the start of the entire movement. It became the benchmark and wss universally an instant anthem. As a fan of dub and reggae, this was pure love and it was the dark melodic stuff that was so captivating. So many good ttacks! But respect to Skream for kickstarting it all here in the uk.
Song is a fucking certified classic. I still love the direction edm took, but there was truly nothing else like shit like this when dubstep was in it's infancy. Shit's gangster - makes me feel like smoking blunts and smacking deadbeats. But real cool like.
The legend! I remember listening to this when it first came out and then getting it on vinyl! And always consider Skream pretty much the first producer that got me into dubstep back in the good golden days, as cliché as it sounds I have total respect for the man! Spread the love! I'm surprised only 31k views! Choon!
Some people will never hear this. Some people who heard this the year it came out will never even understand this genius despite hearing it. There's never too late for music
15 years ago in a dirty dubstep tent out in the middle of nowhere in the Santa Cruz Mountains at a pagan festival, I first heard this track. I never forgot it.
This is THE sound of rolling my balls off in front of the wall of speakers at Plush in Austin in like 07-08 Dubstep nights every Wed or Thur- whichever it was, best way to forget about the exams I should have been studying for. I can almost feel the heart palpitations again just hearing the drone of this fucking bassline... and the ringing in my ears has literally never gone away. Good times
@codlark dude your first dubstep song is like your first high YOU WILL NEVER RECAPTURE THAT FEELING AGAIN but on the bright side at least it was to a good tune :)
I don't mean to trigger anyone, however, I am here because of punk rock MBA and this sounds amazing...hated Skrillex at first, but as a metalhead, the distortion of the bass as a lead, as opposed to the distortion of guitar is something I love now...cheers UK 🧐
Wow best like to dislike ratio I have ever seen on a RUclips video, I mean, I educate for free, thought I made some amazing shit with 3D Mandelbrot set's. Does not compare to this, nor does it deserve to!
I hate myself for finding out about this 14 years after its release. This is amazing.
All that matters is you ended up finding it
try 18 brotha
When Dubstep was...Dubstep
Jordi doing good

A Chevy s10

And this song and a dirt road in Georgia.

A masterpiece, it never fails to lift me up. I want my ears to bleed from the snare.
Man I fucking love old school skream!
The beggining of the real dubstep with this gut!👏👏
Not really. This song's from 2006, the term dubstep was coined around 2004, and dubstep itself has been around in some way since at least 2001.
This is THE sound of rolling my balls off in front of the wall of speakers at Plush in Austin in like 07-08 Dubstep nights every Wed or Thur- whichever it was, best way to forget about the exams I should have been studying for.

So you like Skrillex now?
This is from when dubstep was really about the dub instead of the aggressive sounds
Wow best like to dislike ratio I have ever seen on a RUclips video, I mean, I educate for free, thought I made some amazing shit with 3D Mandelbrot set's. Does not compare to this, nor does it deserve to!
Everything You Need To Know I love watching Mandelbrot zooms.
The one dislike is from a fella carrying his phone accidentally hitting the dislike.
Are you me?

Can Skream! & Lizzo collab at least once. Bring back a classic off this album or start from scratch. It is an obvious, awesome duo in my dreams
