The design for Claws and the subtle changes to Knuckles and Rouge alone not only tell how passionate the artist is for this series, but also how they understand character design better than whoever made Sonic Boom's designs. At this point the few appealing aspects of the franchise are really born inside the Fandom, which is funny considering how weird and creepy it used to be (and can still be).
