Your lore videos have massively helped with my insomnia. I always listen to them once fully awake then when I need to sleep I play them all one after the other to help me stay calm enough to sleep. Keep fighting brother. 🙏

Thirdly, I did have a 'fibrous tumor' at one point myself. They're not fun (mine was in the face, so it couldn't just be removed in an outpatient situation as they were worried about severing all the nerves in my face). They thought it was a cyst at first. I went to get it removed as soon as I noticed it and it just started growing like mad, so it was assumed it was an infected cyst. Here's hoping that's your situation, man! It wasn't pleasant, but far better than the alternative. Pulling for you, man.

I don't know if this is available for you, but there appears to be a monoclonal treatment for stomach cancer. This basically directly adds antibodies targeting your cancer cells. From what I see, there are at least six different approaches / variations potentially available.
I believe in mind over matter. Please devote some time to meditating on your internal healing. I know staying busy helps put the mind at ease, but focusing on breathing and thinking about healing could play a real role in recovery. Even if it's only psychosomatic or placebo, if your mind believes in it's internal ability to heal, then the body tries to make that real.

As far as I'm concerned, your job now is to get better dude. It's definitely good to keep busy though, you have a great talent for your type of content. We're pulling for you. By the way, I had horrible hiccups during chemo. Probably not the same but I found that chewing gum helped as well as some of the medications they can use.
It's good to keep your mind occupied with something you love. But you don't have to "work" to please anyone right now; you're not anyone's charity case. If writing makes you feel good and relieves some stress, that's awesome. Just take care of yourself :) You bring joy to all of us.
