I do alot of 3rd party contractor work, especially in grocery. I thought work would slow down during Covid, but grocery work was crazy. I even helped with stocking Frito Lay products, bevause rhey were literally selling out in hours. Families were all home, so chips were way more essential.

Production layers, typically White Leghorns, will generally start up about 8 weeks. They only keep them on production for about a year, then replaced with new ones. Heritage breeds do take longer, can be quite frustrating of a wait.

When I watched the video with Roth & Beck together - what caught my attention - what leap out at me was - Beck with a crucifix hanging off his neck - and Roth with a Star of David hanging off her neck. My immediate thought was 'Beck is trying to appeal to Jewish audience". My next thought was 'This woman must be a grifter as well'. Guilt by association.
While I enjoy your points about honest debate, I love the part where you get down to addressing her economic lies at 23:50.

It was all fair in economics and past conversations, until she brought up the T word. Now, it's open season for laughter and ridicule. Defending Glenn Beck OMG...No no no.....
You put yourself out in the airwaves, people will give their opinion ! Poor Carol! Your comments make you sound ignorant!
If you're going to claim any expertise in Economy, you'd better be able to demonstrate your ability to justify your argument(s) with numbers. I have no patience for talking-heads who can't do Maths. Shrinkflation can't be discussed: 1) Without anchoring the phenomenon globally, or at least in the Western hemisphere richests' countries. Blaming Joe Biden as the US President, doesn't explain why it is also happening everywhere else. 2) Citing data supporting the general opinion that a number a of big corporations in the food industry made unreasonable/unjustifiable profits by citing scarcity, procurement and distribution problems emanating from the COVID-related shutdowns/slowdowns of trade routes, ports of entry and international trade in general as well as local, distribution and sales problems.
In short: if you aren't supporting your Economic argument(s) with real data, then you're having a dim-witted conversation with a know-nothing and dim-witted podcaster and you look just as dim-witted as he does.
