It depends on what it's for. Every surgery is NOT successful. If it's for your health after a child, understandable but for cosmetic? The truth is you're making a life or death decision for a cosmetic purpose. I think that women just need to let that sink in and not be surprised if your spouse disagrees. They're looking at it as, what am I going to do without you if you don't make it? Women can do what what they want. However, just be prepared for anything that can happen. Prepare yourself and your family. Your happiness is important, and so is your family's because they want you in their life. I was terrified when I had to get a cesarean, and I will never go under the knife to cover my scar. The recovery is never something I want to experience again. Everyone doesn't see it the same way. I just hope women are prepared for any outcome it brings 🙏🏾
