How it looks from a 3rd person?
There is no 3rd person perspective when using this mod. When you are riding the guar you will be forced into the first person perspective. This method only works in the first perspective.
How did you make that cool blur effect in the distant view?
If you are referring to the white fog it should just be the fog from viewing distance.
