I just found your channel. I'm smoke free for 10 days and I'm never ever going back. I'm an emotional mess but NEVER AGAIN, IM DONE WITH SMOKING. Goodluck to everyone on their journey
so much awesome content for free! Thank you Nasia so much for all the work you have put into helping all of us quit. I haven't gone more than a couple hours without a cigarette till today. Yesterday I started watching your videos and failed over and over all afternoon. I kept "starting over". This morning, instead of going stright to the garage as I normally do, I didn't have a cigarette until after I got to work and felt horrible about it. Then I gave myself credit for going as long as I did and count it as an accomplishment. Getting over the immediate craving is the toughest part for me, but I really really want this. Wish me luck in changing the way I think about smoking. Thanks again!!! You rock!
Thank you, Jason! Well done on your progress! Preparation and changing the way you think about smoking before your quit date is they key to success! Keep at it, you will do it!
I'm watching this as vape. I've tried to quit vaping and whenever I do, its seems to be on mind almost everyday. I've gone probably about a month without vaping since Ive started.
Thank you for another great video! I've been smoke free for 43 days. It's been really easy! And what you talk about here is what helped me a lot. When I think about smoking because of a trigger, I just say to myself "I'm just learning new ways to live and go through life".
@@5minmajor32 I'm doing well! It's going to be 2 years in a few days. Congratulations on 83 days! Remember that cravings come like waves, they go up and it is really difficult, but then they go down again. You haven't lost anything, on the contrary, you are finally smoke free!
Into my 2nd week without smoking. Thank you so much for your channel and this video. Think a lot about smoking, but patches help and I am not going back.
hi . i began following you a few days ago. I've been trying to quit from many years , the far a way i did was in 2015 , where I've been clean for 9 months . My biggest obstacle , and i mean it , its very serious to me , was the mouth sore or ulcers the white patchs. not just one but many of them where one of them began to fade away another one will pop else where ,i couldn't wait more, after that a tried to quit again and again, but they began to appear again after the first week of smoke-free . i did check up , and visited dentist , but no cure for that. i want to quit again seriously but these white things make my life miserable
Brilliant! thankyou for your video this has helped me understand my old thinking that returns automatically without triggers. Its like a ghost that appears, I ignore it and it slowly disappears..
Thanks for all your advice, after 60 years and many tries with nicotine aids at quitting, 2 weeks ago I went cold turkey. It’s not easy but when the urge is up on me I will watch one of your videos. So far it’s working, I can’t wait for the desires to leave and be free off addiction.
I went in for two weeks and just took a few puffs and fell off. Why? I was prediabetic and 2 weeks into quitting, my sugar levels peaked to historic high. My landlord issued me a notice to vacate the house, my workload increased beyond what I could handle. Oh well, Nicotine attacks in mysterious ways if it's shown the door
When I quit, I was told to write this down and memorize it: "this will be the last cigarette that I will ever smoke. From this moment forward, I will be a non-smoker".
i quit smoking for almost 7 months now but whenever i get severely stressed or frustrated it's like my mind automatically thinks about it because it used to be my coping mechanism. i love that i quit already and i am really determined to never do it again. but when im really down i cant help think about it and the way my brain is sending me signals that i need it. how do i stop this?
My pregnancy made me quit cold Turkey . I stopped smoking the day after I found out I was 4 week pregnant. It’s difficult but I have to manage at all costs without nicotine.
Hi miss nasia. I think. You should create tiktok videos. A short video of yours will help many smokers to quit. And you can also increase your YT subscribers there. B'c of your good content. I havent seen content on tiktok like yours. Ive searched but nothing. So please do it. I want to see more from you. Thank you. "Just suggesting 😇👍"
I would like to ask for something though. If there's any possibility, it would be nice to hear from you about the anger that comes with quitting. I don't want to smoke, I'm happy, but I don't know if there is some kind of hormonal change, but in the last two weeks I've been so so angry, without a reason. Does that have to do with quitting?
I used to even cry just cause some one knocked me accidently as they bypassed me.was so depressed but its now 2yrs i am happy i have made it.no turning back
