Yes one trend i observed in panel members they ask lot about place of birth about it's history importance etc. So it is important to know more about ur locality
Why these administrators got such a huge appreciation,i am totally confused about it.
Where do researchers stand?
We should appreciate the JRF qualifiers as well.
They are real gems of our society, in fact more than administrators.
No one here in kashmir knows what JRF is, qualifying JRF n that too in science subjects is very difficult,
APs, researchers here will never get such huge appreciation ... No doubt in that they are real gems of our society
When working population is more than non working this is called demographic divident also demographic bonus

Those who think it's some great task to qualify,just remember one thing... other humans have cleared it so any human can...the differentiating element is just that one needs to just know a bit more than average knowledge.KAS is the least competitive exam ,it might sound crazy but its true....It's a one year game...But ek saal padne k liye one has to have a great background...you will see most young people get selected the reason is that they are not having much of family responsibilities....This alone is the barrier and edge to rest.
Their is a lot of difference between aim and dream, aim can successful If i have to hard work for that, otherwise dream can remain dream which I have seen in night

Masha allah...don't segregate duniya and deen.. Do things within Islam.. I mean prepare for whatever exam u like whether it is IAS, KAS, CA etc but never ever compromise with deen.
I experienced and observed how after achieving success people forget deen and hardship they face.
Remember this life is just not more than 100 years.

Unfortunately most of administrators are corrupt, the reason is lack of deen. I am talking about Muslims.
1lakh salary job will never give rest of heart. Such A peace of mind, rest of heart a person can get from submission of Allah. Allah hu akbar.
